Another way of saying "I've been waiting for 2 hours" is "llevo esperando 2 horas". In case anybody comes across it and doesn't get why people "carry" time lol.

I got a good one for you do a video on the many different ways to say “start” in Spanish. In English you start in Spanish you have comienzo, empezar, prende, arranco all have the same meaning but how I’m I supposed to know which one to use for what sentence. Hope you see this and respond.

that depends where you go to. in my county could say "arranco para el trabajo"---> meaning that i'm going out to work, but you could said "arranca el carro"----> meaning start the engine. also "prende el carro" ---->start the car but prende in english is to "turn on, to lit, to fire.

The time sense actually does make sense in English if you phrase it like "That makes 30 minutes now that I've been waiting!" It's a ruder sounding to me, but still makes sense. Thank you for all these videos, they're super helpful, especially with the real-life/non-book way of speaking.

´Not as in English in Spanish you only need to remember one verb in English , to do, to make, to be + weather, to become +adj/(arti+substantive) and......1.2.3.4.5.......2n+1

Before I say anything, I want to say that I really like your videos explaining the different Spanish accents like Mexican, Cuban, etc. However, maybe you can do a video on the Miami accent?

I believe it's considered more proper to say "qué estás haciendo?" But I do prefer to say "qué haces?" When talking to my friends especially my puerto rican ones

Ya sabia todo excepto "hacerse". When you stated, "Antes estaba en olla" I couldn't hear you pronounce the word "estaba" at all and I heard you say a "g" in the word, "olla". Oh, is "olla" slang??? I'm lost🤣🤣🤣SMH.

Thats because he say ante* e*taba en olla insted Of antes estaba so u can omit the s and joind the e together so if listen again you will hear him say antetaba en olla
