Dinosaur King was peak and I'm still upset it never got renewed for new episodes. I'd love to see a video game focused one mainly because of Fossil Fighters

Dinosaur King was my goddamn Childhood, and it warms my heart to hear you talked about it, as well as My boi Spiny

Spinosaurus is just like every other dinosaur, it is interesting, and we are still learning about it, every now and then we will discover something new that adds to the knowledge of dinosaurs, a good example of this, is the potential for feathered and furred dinosaurs.

i STILL have the dinosaur king opening memorized, it’s just such a banger

Spinosaurus is my second absolute favourite dinosaur, just after Tyrannosaurus Rex (T. rex). And out of all these, I loved the Spinosaurus from "Planet Dinosaur" *a lot* in terms of design. And of course I love my partner in crime "Spiny" from "Dinosaur King", I mean that's one of the coolest Spinosaurus designs you'd ever see in your life (ignoring the pronated wrists). Oh, and for curiosity, other people might have fell in love with dinosaurs because of Jurassic Park. But in my case it's "Dinosaur King" that made me grow a heavy obsession on dinosaurs. And in light of the fact, this freaking amazing show played an immense and important role in enhancing my childhood. I always hated how I used to get blown away always by Chomp, Ace or Paris but still it was pretty amazing, I wish they come back with Season 3. Even till this day I'm still waiting for 4KidsTV to announce "Dinosaur King Season 3", or at least few movies on Dinosaur King like how they're for "Pokemon" or at least a show or some kind of series where Chomp, Terry, Ace, Spiny, Paris and Tank are living their lifestyle in the Cretaceous period after Dr. Ancient and Dr. Cretacia turned them into cards & went away with the time machine. Oh, and if possible (this might sound silly), I would love to see the dinosaurs talk for more fun entertainment.

Jp3 was my favourite jp flim when i was younger and spino and ceratosaurus are still my fav dinos

Planet Dinosaur will always be my personal favorite design for Spinosaurus.

Boys liked Spinosaurus in JP3 and disliked when it turned out to be inaccurate Men liked Spinosaurus in JP3 and were excited when it turned to be more and more interesting & unusual animal every year since

Regardless of accuracy, Spiny kicks ass! Actually, most of Dinosaur King's designs were great (excluding Rugops and Rajasaurus, no clue what happened there).

A big problem with modern depictions of the Spinosaurus is that they make its posterior legs waaaay too short. The anatomical descriptions, including the wikipedia one, say its posterior legs were, when completely extended, "a bit over 25% of the entire body's length". The adult Spino is still estimated to be 14 meters long, meaning the legs would be 3.75 meters from hip to toe. That is the same leg length as other theropods like T Rex, Charcharodontosaurus and Giganotosaurus. Spinosaurus, even by today's standards, is the same height as the other giant theropods. And yet artists keep depicting it as having legs almost half as short as they are estimated to have been.

Spinosaurus legs are longer than commonly depicted, but theyre still shorter than most theropods.

I watched dinosaur king a lot I started watching it when I was 1 year's old so it's a big part of my child hood

fun fact the monsters resurrected spino was 83 meters tall for example godzilla from 1954 was 53 meters tall so the spino was kaiju size

Ngl I loved how inaccurate yet alone how overpowered the monsters resurrected spinosaurus is portrayed as the cool variant even if he got nerfed in the end

What do u think of the idea that spinosaurus couldnt swim? I think its a pretty new study but it just seems funny cuz spinosaurus was also not really suited for land action due to its stubby legs, i mean just standing in shallow water and waiting for prey to come by seems to have worked out for it

Well, I think the consensus is that it was able to swim. It just wasn’t as good of a swimmer as we previously thought. As in, it likely didn’t swim to pursue prey. Rather it would just try to get from point A to point B. And simply stick to shallow waters in order to hunt any fish that may be available.

And yes dinosaur King was the best I love the the dinosaurs design and detail and colors

The Spinosaurus from Planet Dinosaur & Bigger Than T.Rex are the same models but with some minor changes. Speaking of which, I think there’s 1 other look alike missing. The Spinosaurus from Top 10 Biggest Beasts Ever from Nat. Geo. Wild AKA World's Biggest Beasts from The Smithsonian Channel.

I love Spinosaurus, it is my favorite dinosaur. I dont reject any possible depictions of it (except the elephant seal version) Im always curious what new info there may be on its looks. However, JP III was my introduction to Spinosaurus and its been a childhood icon to me so Im always gonna love and see it as the JP III version.

4:35 Fun fact: Theres nothing saying spinosaurus is strictly a biped. The documentary shows both a bidepal and quadrupedal stance, and its actually possible (though not that plausible) that spino could have gone on all fours.

Spinosaurus in Jurassic Park was ahead of it’s time. Paleontologists didn’t yet that spinosaurus was a swimmer. So it was cool.

Loved all the nostalgia in this video! It also reminds me of something i believed for a few years and kinda still think may be plausible. I think spinosaurus could be both bipedal and quadrupedal, and switches between them. I just think that makes sense. But I’m no palaeontologist! I’m just a guy who fucking loves dinosaurs lol

Fun fact: the main antagonist of jp3 was suposed to be barionyx But they feared that people will mistake him for T-rex so they chose spino

Bigger then t.rex model just looks like an updated BBC model. 6:04 The monsters resurrected kinda has the skull build of the jp3 spino.

I think my favorite version of spino is from the bloody and vulgar we comic "darbi" season 4 episodes 28 and 29 the "finback" is an absolutely beautiful and terrifying spino.

Spinosaurus is one of my favorite theropods because it’s the most bizarre looking in the good way of course my favorite spinosaurs design in the list is the 2014 one by the National Geographic documentary bigger than T. Rex,” since spinosaurus is not bigger it’s a longer so it should be called longer than T. Rex

We have to keep in mind that lots of people all over the world treat the Jurassic Park movies as if they are documentaries, lol!
