Hey dino guy There's a guy who also showed stegosaurus having purple glowing osteoderms in his shorts check it out It is called corrupted stegosaurus
There’s the autobot Snarl whom turns into a Stegosaurus in 80s show, Rescue bots Academy and the game Fall of Cybertron
Dino Hunter : Deadly shores
Adding To Prehistoric kingdom : Stegosaurus have some new Concept art for Future the trailer was not representative, what species is coming in and which not Every Dinosaur what Appears now will have brand new Skins so get not to attached to the design here XD
It was the first dinosaur I met
I'm planning a web series (in Spanish) and it features tyrannosaurs, both babies and adults.
Been watching you for over a year now and just realized I wasn't subscribed 😭
Stegosaurus first appeared in the Jurassic Park novel. It was the sick dinosaur rather than the Triceratops, and they figured out it was accidentally swallowing Indian lilac berries when collecting stomach stones. In actuality, neither the Stego nor the Trike would need stomach stones, as both had teeth that could grind their food. It would likely have to be a sauropod, an ornithomimid, or a Psittacosaurus.
You missed the Omega Stegosaurus Ungulates from JWA and the JW live show stego.
😁
As someone who hates salad, tree stars looked kinda bussin to me doe
0:15 SAME I was born and raised in Colorado and I still live here.
do corythosaurus
do australopithecus
My 3rd favorite dinosaur off all time. Stegosaurus is such an awesome animal
not just Antarctica but also modern day New Zealand (they were connected)
Yep, but there’s no reason to state that the range of an animal extended to New Zealand unless we have fossil evidence to suggest it. So far, it only seems to be from Antarctica.
@@prehistoricchannel128 it has been in New Zealand
I would laugh if the shark resembled a gulper eel more than a normal mackerel shark. Just huge head huge jaws and a short skinny body and whip like tail. However I always pictured this shark as having a large broad head, large jaw muscles like you see on mastiff’s and bulldogs, huge bulky body, large pectoral fins, and a strong wide tail muscle. Just overall a hulk of an animal
Honestly i attribute my preference to eat hncooked vegetables specifically to land before time and spike.
I remember as a kid, watching Godzilla vs king Kong and they said Godzilla had two brains like a Stegosaurus and this was after Jurassic Park came out and we knew that wasn't true. But all my teachers said they had two brains and I failed a report saying they didn't 😂
Stegosaurus, one of the most popular dinosaurs in the Jurassic
Yay you finally mentioned Dinosaur sanctuary! I actually have two of them, but I just love how they portrayed the dinosaurs to look realistic.
29:02 SO THATS WHERE YOU WENT!
Yep, I talked to Sarah, I’m hoping to hop back on the saddle when things calm down on my end.
@@prehistoricchannel128 Understood. Hope to see you soon.
19:47 Was that lecture by Mossbrocker?
Yessir
Could you do Pyroraptor next please?
God I wanted to eat grass and leaves after watching TLBT as a kid. Still works on me
Stegosaurus is my favourite dinosaur
I will be noting the lack of Paleo Pines 😞
Yeah, that’s my fault. I had it recorded but completely spaced including it while editing. This was a pretty hefty video all around.
My favorite dinosaur! Love Stegosaurus. Both beautiful and deadly.
Bro, carnotaurus is so underrated when it comes to b*tches. like bro, look at those arms. If it didn't smell like absolute sh*t, it would probably have gotten that women. At least in Prehistoric Planet.
Snarl from Transformers is a good one. a Dinobot that turns into a Stegosaurus that absorbs sunlight with his plates and turns them into laser energy he shoots out his thagomizers.
I like giganotosaurus toy from schleich
No love for Snarl the Dinobot from the Transformers cartoon?
Excited for you to hit 20k! Absolutely wild, because I remember you celebrating 10k. You’re growing fast!! You should totally do a video reviewing fossil Pokemon, I’d love to see you do a deep dive on the anatomy! Keep up the awesome work!
Another, but classic robotic styled stegosaurus (since Power Rangers was mentioned), Transformers Dinobot “Snarl” and “Slugfest” 😅.
What I hate is the people who think it looked like a whale shark, sand tiger shark, basking shark, or like that hypothetical reconstruction someone made, the one that shows it as really fat and having a super squashed face. For one, the reason filter feeding sharks look like that is because they don’t chase food, they just need to open and inhale, they just swim collecting food as they go, which is why their stocky build works for them, they don’t need to expend energy and don’t need to be fast.Megalodon on the other hand was hunting whales, and anything else it could eat, and we we know these whales were smaller and faster then modern whales, therefore it would need to be slim and streamlined to catch prey just like modern sharks such as mako or great whites. We know it hunted whales because we have found vertebrates with teeth lodged inside and evidence of biting into them. Second, the teeth are completely the wrong ones for a shark to be as bulky like they say it might have been, those teeth are same as teeth like that of Otodus and the modern great white, built for top predators to bite and shear through prey, whereas basking or whale sharks have very small teeth that are designed for filter feeding. It’s also out of place for a sand tiger like shark, as those are more lethargic animals who feed on fish and certainly not on whales. Third, the megalodon would need to have a head that would allow it to take huge incapacitating bites out of its prey, a squashed head like the artwork shows would be extremely impractical as it would not be able to take bites out of prey easily with the nose getting in the way and mouth limited in size. Fourth, it was a mackerel shark, related to Mako sharks amongst others, and it’s ancestors were all classic predatory sharks in appearance, there is no reason it would look so different from all its brethren when it had the same diet. Fifth, it needed to eat a lot, and a chubby body would get in the way of this, slowing it down and making it harder to catch prey, we look at modern top predator sharks and even the great white is still pretty streamlined and slim, there is no reason why it would have any benefit to be so fat.
ZT2 Stego for me is so nostalgic and cute. I always had to have them in my prehistoric Zoo Tycoon 2 parks. (Though they could be glitchy and fight constantly, or get stuck)
I AM A STEGOSAURUS
Did stegosaurus have roundes plates it says the males did
Also i agree with you on the theropod in fantasia being a trex. 100% a trex. Walt disney himself said so
Another fun fact about Stegosaurus there was a stegosaurian that lived in the Cretaceous period Called Dravidosaurus Google it It lived in India
You do many interpretations of triceratops Fun Fact about Stegosaurus Stegosaurus is Colorado state dinosaur You forgot The Animal World 1956 Along the moonbeam trail 1920 (first debut)
It's late for this video, but do you think you can do a video on the Dinobots from the Transformers? And how they line up with the dinosaurs they represent? For convenience on who’s who; - Grimlock, the leader (Tyrannosaurus) - Slug, formerly Slag, the brawler (Triceratops) - Sludge, the muscle (Brontosaurus/Apatosaurus) - Snarl, the engineer (Stegosaurus) - Swoop, the aerial combatant (Pteranodon) Bonus Dinobots; - Paddles (Plesiosaurus) [Book character, resembles Sludge] - Scorn, the demolition expert (Spinosaurus) [Character from Age of Extinction film] - Skarr, the medic (Ankylosaurus) [Comic character, never transformed until he became a toy last year] - Slash, the reconnaissance/espionage detection specialist (Velociraptor) [Concept character for Age of Extinction, soon appeared in Rescue Bots Academy, fun fact: started male in Concept, became female in later depictions/toylines, is the only female on Dinobot team, until Swoop in Cyberverse animated series]
You should cover Dinosaur Hunting, the Japanese Xbox game.
Could you do a many interpretations of the dinobots from transformers? (I mean most continuities they’re in) Like just a short vid with ur opinions on all they’re versions’ dino modes
t rex is missspelled in jurassic park
You also missed out on the game Instinction's version of Stegosaurus
