너무 비쌈... 해외에선 훨씬 싸고 면세 해줬는데도 업체가 값을 더 올리고 그러니까 생리컵이 유행하려는데 그걸 또 낮은 품질에 값은 더 받으려는 국내업체들도 나오고 보고 있으면 생필품으로 장난하는 짓거리 그만 했으면 좋겠음

But if you see the truth, I think they changed partner. Previously The dude with grey small stripes (with red top) used to be with the girl white baseball shirt (with guy wear blue white stripe shirt). Their energy is much calmer. Since they changed partner, the energy has been amazing.

👏pads👏and👏tampons👏should👏be👏free👏 nobody👏chooses👏to👏have👏periods👏 Edit: i know that people don’t choose to be hungry and they still need to buy food but only women have periods not men but both men and women get hungry so only women spend their money on pads and tampons which isn’t really fair. 생리컵 사용하는 중학생인데요 진짜 편합니다... 아무느낌도 안나고 이거 살면서 한 번 쯤은 경험해보는게 좋다고 생각합니다. 생리컵 사용하고 생리통도 줄었고 생리대보다 몇 배는 더 안심됩니다.. 무섭거나 해도 많은 분들이 생리컵을 사용하셨으면 좋겠어요ㅠㅠ

Also dangerous, as they go inside us they can leak chemicals (more than a normal pad) and bc of this at least 5 girls (that i read about) have gone to ER. If pads are bad enough tampons are worse...

@@blushsbts Its a rare case but yeah, i prefer to avoid them. If you fell comfy with things inside instead of in your panties you can go for the cup. They have certications depending where you buy them, chemical free, echo friendly and stuff. An alternative to normal pads is a reusable pad, people are selling now fabric made reusable pads, they dont leak to your undies, have this safety press-on thingy (i dont know the name), you only wash your own blood when you feel like its time, dry it and re use it.

생리컵 실제로 넣고 빼보면 그렇게 어렵지 않아요 저 키 160도 안되고 덩치도 작아도 다 넣고 빼고 해요 청소년도 다 사용할 수 있고요 외국에서는 청소년들도 사용해요 엉덩이 땀띠도 없고요 밖에서 갈게 되면 생수병에 씻을 물 넣어서 들고 들어가서 닦고 다시 넣음 되고요 사실상 오전 등교 내지 출근 하고 저녁에 퇴근할 때까지 중간에 안갈아도 차고 넘치는 그런 일은 없으니 밬에서 갈 일도 없어요 우리나라 기본 인식이 이상하게 생각해서 그렇지 저는 개인적으로 생리대 대용으로 생리컵 너무 좋다고 생각합니다

@@naru7518 그럴 수도 있죠! 근데 저같은 경우에는 양이 많아서 생리대를 쓰는 양이 장난이 아니라 가격이 엄청 부담되는 편이거든요ㅠㅠ 그래서 그런지 저는 생리컵이 생리대에 비해 장기적으로 봤을 때 가격도 훨씬 저렴하고 인체에 훨씬 무해하다고 하는 장점이랑, 생리대 살 가격 줄여서 다른 생필품이나 여가생활을 즐기는게 훨씬 낫다는 관점을 가지고 있습니다~

월경할때 꿀팁(샐것같을때) 1.휴지를 돌돌 말아 엉덩이골 사이에 넣는다 2.생리대 2개를 T 모양으로 붙인다 3.쫄쫄이같은 달라붙는 얇은 바지를 입는다(생리대가 와이퍼처럼 움직이는것을 방지해줘요) 4. 피색과 비슷한 색의 수건을 깔고 앉는다 (잘때 하면은 좋아요!)

@@tnrrud1369 잘 모를수밖에 없는 건 아님 신준형님 보면 남자라도 자세히 알고 있고 요즘은 유튜브로도 정보 잘 찾을 수 있음 교육 자료도 많고. 성교육의 부재가 있는건 맞지만 아예 모르는게 당연하진 않음

Yassss!! They mentioned skin conditions!! I have a skin condition that flares up badly due to common brand pads. I can't wear tampons and had a hard time with the cup so I buy special pads now. It's such a pain in the vagina...

This video made me feel weirdly happy and understood because I don't have any siblings and therefore I've never talked to anyone about period stuff. I just tried to figure out what to do on my own.. so, it's very touching to see people having an open dialogue about period stuff as if it's nothing to be ashamed of :)

I wish western culture was open like this

For me eating chocolate or anything caffeine related actually worsens my cramps. I don't know if it's the same for you, but it's worth taking in consideration. Also, keeping the stomach warm especially with a hot water bottle helps relax the muscles. If it's too bad, ask your female relative if there is any pill you can take. Some friends of mine use it when it gets too bad. I wish you all the best sweetheart.

Fun fact. The bladder leak underwears for elderly women work really well and are a lot cheaper than regular sanitary underwear. I've usually only wore them at night but I have wore them out and about and they are pretty comfortable.
