Depression is not a joke. Darating yung panahon na mawawalan ka ng gana sa lahat ng ginagawa mo. Pakiramdam mo stuck ka at naka-pause yung buhay mo. Hopefully naiintindihan yun ng mga tao at hindi ginagawang biro. Mahal magpagamot at mahal ang gamot. @@roadschoolerusa9621 therapy.especially behavioral therapy. I suffer fro crippling depression but I started couponing and it gave me motivation to want to go out and it also helps me lose weight. I also am on medication which helps my anxiety but because of covid-19 and my children not being in school I haven't been able to go out as much as I like so depression is definitely kicked in again

My boss is also a foreigner and its really different how they treat employees. They treat us as family and not as employee. I had the same exact situation where I got depress and almost fired by my boss but after talking to him, he gave me a chance and put me as his online store manager.
