naalala ko tuloy dati noon pag may mga job fair mga higit sa lima ang nag enterview sa akin pero wala talagang makuha.naka ilang apply din ako sa mga company at ilang job fair na rin ang sinalihan.. lakad dito lakad doon tapos malipasan pa ng gutom..candy lang ang baon dahil nag titipid..di alintana ang init pag minsan nababasa pa sa ulan..basta huwag lang susuko at the end of the road meron at meron din nakalaan para sayo..Shout out at thumbs up sa mga nagpursige sa buhay...God bless sa lahat

korek.ganyan din ako ,wala baon ,ung pandesal na dalawang piraso nilalagyan ko ng asukal,baon ko at maghahanap ng gripo para makainom,laht ng bagay meron nakalaan tiyagaan lang,meron akong big company na inaplayan,siempre nerbiyos, hindi nakapasa sa typing na 180 words per minute,pero sa interview, nakipag deal ako na try my work, with out salary, pag hindi ok, out na ko, kasi nuon 3months ang probationary period,pag hindi ok,out na, talagang nag tiaga ako inaral kong mabuti lahat,pati pagsagot sa telepono,ayun,na in ako,at makalipas ng ilang taon, naging best employee pa ko,walang absent,kahit na masama pakiramdam,pasok pa rin ako, walang late,tiyagaan lang ,ung iba kasi nakakapasok kaagad ng walang hirap dahil sa backer.,pero nagkakaruon ng hindi magandang record.

Actually, it should be that way. Sa interview, the interviewee and the interviewer are in equal terms. Any job can boil down to one thing: problem solving. The employer wants someone to solve their problem, and the interviewee is promoting himself/herself as the service provider who will solve the problem. The moment you give the interviewer all the power, then the interview will collapse. The goal of the interviewee is to make a good impression vs his/her rivals for the same vacant position.

It's been so hard working abroad for 4 years straight here in Jordan...how i wish i can work not far from my children and parents...You're such a good human...keep helping and inspiring people...Mabuhay po kayo 😊😊😊
