Yep, just because a man pursues you don’t mean he’s the one. And sometimes the one may not pursue because he thinks you’re not interested or available, or because of fears from past hurts. We have to hear god on what he wants for us, not what someone on internet tells us in a broad sweeping statement on how it’s supposed to go.

I have come to that realization, not too long ago. This is pure truth! Seek God, first! Get closer to our father! Find yourself, learn your lessons....the right man will come along when God says its the right time! God is great and fair!

Yes Jesus is our first groom. Just like in the Jewish tradition, God sent Jesus to betroth his would be wife the church. Jesus betrothed his wife the church and he's gone to prepare a room for us all (John 14:2) and will come again until his father tells Him. All this part of Jewish tradition when you chose someone to marry. It is the father who decides when to get the bride home. Jesus is our groom for whom we have to keep our lamps lite .

Omg I absolutely love your videos. Your attitude and just the way you express things is very relatable for me personally. And I love how you just get straight to the point, and you hit the nail on the head in every video!!

Thank you for this, I’m in a situation where me and my ex boyfriend had a harsh breakup a few days ago. I loved him, and still love him and care for him. Even though we are both Christians and we talked about how God needed to be the center of our relationship, he never really was. We kind of just used him as a coverup if that makes sense? Meanwhile we would sin together and then when we were alone we would have feelings of regret and confusion because our feelings for each other were there, but we were doing things we had no business doing together. And we both understood that and yet we continued to do it anyways, we kept saying “well we will try again.” “ we didn’t go as far as we did last time, so that’s progress.” ... only for a day later to fall right back into our old ways of sin. There was a lot of good times and laughter and fun. But that sin that came during the night really took its toll. And he broke up with me because we were going to fast and promised we’re made too fast and arguments occurred because it was just going TOO FAST.... and I am pouring myself in the word of God, because I will not let this situation be my downfall, I’ll use it to make me stronger, through God. I make sure I’ll eat even though I feel like throwing up from anxiety, I’ll make sure I don’t sleep all day, I make sure I read the word of God even when I don’t feel like it.... me and this man, my ex, are deciding to be friends. And I was trying to force right into that friendship, but I have a feeling that’s going to come with time as well. God has a say in every relationship whether it’s intimate or platonic. He has the right timing. And I need to just focus on my worth and what I have to do to become a knowledgeable , faithful daughter to the Lord. Not focus on, well after we become friends, I can start chasing him again and batting my eyes for his attention. No. If the Lord wants us back together again one day, that man will pursue me. And I just need to keep doing what I need to do in my relationship with God. And if he doesn’t pursue me as more than just a friend, that’s Gods answer. Even though it hurts now, deeply deeply hurts, I know that the Lords timing is perfect, and I was never made to be the chaser. I caused that man a lot of stress and he caused me a lot of stress. I never once asked the Lord if I could date him when we first started dating. That was my first mistake, I’ll never make again. Thank you so much for this video, I might just have to watch it every single stay until each word is memorized! Lol. I need to focus on letting go of my sexual sins that made me feel “bonded” to this man, and I need to focus on my self-worth. And eventually, the Lord will show me what he was working on as I continue for search for him( the Lord). :)

Amen! I never get tired of listening to this message. God sent me the Christian man that was intended to be in my life and he did indeed pursue me. He says he’ll forever pursue me but he does that to get a silly smile. I truly believe that this man would throw himself in front of anything to keep me from harm. The man God has for you will protect you with everything he has. You’ll grow closer together through Christ and it will feel like no other relationship you’ve ever had. Here I am again and it’s January 3, 2018. Happy New Year to all. The man that I thought was from God was not. I was played and betrayed. As I sit here and reflect on our relationship I see where I went wrong. I didn’t listen to my gut instinct that something was off because I thought we were unbreakable. As much as it hurts right now I know he wasn’t from God which is why he’s no longer in my life. Stay true to who you are and listen to God’s warnings don’t block it out. I know that I deserve the very best that God has for me and in time and with Gods love I’ll rise again and be open to that man God intended for me to be with. Beautiful!!! I needed this today as I accepted a new position that fell into my lap quite effortlessly after prayer. I was unsure about the position, but this message has helped me today.

I been praying for help and if God wants to send me the help then let His will be done. I will let God bring the man to me this time and not me going after a random guy out of desperation like you said. Only want a man to bring us closer to Jesus before our Saviour returns. So thank you.

I am currently in a relationship but I dont believe in "the one", but to be "the one" because I realize my own value as a person. God is always here with me every step of the way even when I mess up.

This is true, one if the reasons I fell in love with my girlfriend was because unlike other girls she didn't seek approval, when a girl doesn't throw herself at guys it shows she has worth, and standards, it shows she is someone who respects herself and can be herself instead of trying and worrying about impressing guys, and it does t matter if they are single or not, it would still be true, even if I never met my girlfriend it would have still be true about her if she stayed single and still was like that, it's not the only reason I love her but it's a string sign of a keeper for any real man, obviously people who just want to sleep around won't care but men who want a real relationship will see that and take notice even if the woman doesn't know And it's super funny because my girlfriend is the type to think her being herself isn't attractive even though it is 😹 just like she didn't know I liked it that she wasn't all over flirty like other girls, it's funny how sometimes the attractive stuff is doing the opposite of what people think they have to do to attract someone, because it makes a woman stand out when they aren't doing the same thing as everyone else

Correct. The examples of the bible are always bringing the woman to him. I agree with her saying women shouldn't be pursuing a man, that's never the right thing to do. But sadly many women think the guy should be pursing her and it's her job to throw up obstacles as some kind of a test to see how much he REALLY wants her.

Thank you so much for what you said recently I started to pray more and watch more Godly things and talk to the church people that come to my house. I lost my mom last year to cancer and sometimes the only thing that gets me through is knowing that she's in heaven and that she is in any more pain. I've been struggling so much with finding myself lately and letting guys treat me really bad just because I wanted to feel something. I had a baby almost 3 years ago and his father after being with me for 5 years just one day to start it that he didn't want to be with me anymore. It's been over a year now and it's taking a lot of time for me to realize that he was brought into my life for a reason and I am so grateful for my son but it was the best thing in a Growing Experience for me. It's been wonderful realizing my self-worth little by little and I really loved the words that you said. It made me feel like I was worth something because I struggle with self-confidence and self-worth.

Well a man hasn't pursued me in over 10 years. I did become lonely and desperate. Now i do things for myself that women usually need a man to do and once i finish my project i tell myself "see you dont need a man!" It's just not his will for me to be one of those of those women that has a godly man in my life. It's very hard to listen to gospel when they start to preach about having a husband/wife someday. Like they know God's plan me.

I'm a guy but I'd like to respond to your comment. Yes it's good to wait on God's timing, so ladies you need to be in the word to know when he's speaking to you.
