The Malignant narcissist is the extreme of Narcissism. They are a combination of narcissist, psychopath, sadism and paranoia. These people have the ability to control large numbers of people. Their main tool is the fear they put on their victims. They will do anything to maintain their control including rape and murder. Examples of malignant narcissists are Adolph Hitler, Stalin, Goddofi and Saddam Hussein. Sociopath and psychopath also are malignant Narcissists.
