We are being too harsh by pin pointing things. I'm sure none of them are making money on this product and this is rather just a super solid product to bring back the faith in Harley for future. I have booked this bike and i love the way it sounds and even looks. The front and the rear. So much passion and effort has gone into this bike. Its beautiful.

Bcoz when I grew up I thought of buying it but due to its price it was out of reach n I thought that my first power or super bike would be from Harley, only after hearing about 440 I m having goosebumps as my childhood dream is gonna come true in October , I already booked it and was informed that the bikedelivery would be around October ... My thoughts: Harley enters popular India, and will go probably worldwide; In this segment, Bajaj brings the Triumph 400cc to Barath. After Royal Enfield, is it a new invasion ? A last note : what a competitive price for a pure Harley. Hail to Hero Motocorp, P. Munjal and all heroes around this project.

Where will the servicing be done? Only at hd or at hero as well? This is a very important question, as many bookings are from smaller cities.

Booked the bike but still haven’t been sure of the fit and finish of the bike..little less powered but good torque from the motor..overall good job done by HD team and Hero as well…don’t let us down we hope👍👍

Quite many things feels okay getting it from harley , but while looking for power and engine we also go through detailing done on the bike and somewhere at that point I personally feel the cable on the right side handle bar is quite a bad impression keeping in mind of the rival speed400. The cables are wide open which makes it little messy, which sometimes as a customer i feel little irritated. so I hope it can be fixed and given a detail finish. looking into it.

there is the TC icon which i think means traction control in the speedometer, but many are saying that this x440 does not have traction control......please help me clear this doubt

With that nice, torquey motor, would've been great if the motorcycle design was inspired by the typical Harley Davidson cruiser design, instead of the XR1200X. Please launch that motor in a Fatboy inspired design, or atleast a Sportster design. BTW, the engine sound is very nice, a great soundtrack for long tours.

Good bike but Triumph killed it with fit and finish, looks, performance and pricing.

Speed 400 ka on road Price bohot jayga hai and torque me bhi Harley age hai

I went twice for test ride, but test ride not yet available in Mumbai even more than month after launch. Finally booked RE

It's a good bike .... Sound is good power is on the lower side good for someone who is moving to a higher cc bikes . Hope the after sales services are good, a major issue in India. Indian manufacturers are notorious when it comes to after sales service, even if the product has manufacturing defects they wouldn't agree nor will replace it. Hoping Harley knew this before working with Hero... As this will tarnish the image ... Never owned a Harley so no idea about after sales service

It's a beautiful motorcycle when you see in the real world. People are gonna love this machine in the upcoming years, when i saw it on the internet, it was also ugly looking bike for me, but after seeing that on road its my favourite..

Change exhaust, looking splendor silencer

I never got a bike before nor I do have now so, in my head I saw RE interceptor 650 twin as my first bike but was worried that am I able to ride such a powerful bike at the beginning of my entry level so, I was waiting for my 2 and 4 wheeler license which I got it 2 weeks back and now I saw this beautiful machine by Harley Davidson and my mind is still hanging between this two X440 and Interceptor 650 so, I’m thinking to wait a little more to get the actual consumer reviews of at least minimum of 1 months of use of this beautiful machine😊 but I would say the wiring and the finishing of the edges should be improved by Harley Davidson and expect a little thick tyres like 438.1 mm size with Apollo or Metzeiler tyre with a little adequate amount of pillions 😊

Waiting for October to get delivery

What will be the service duration, service cost and which outlet will service it. I asked this simple question to Hero's customer care and Harley Davidson's customer care. No one gave me an answer. They just promised a call back which never came. I changed my mind about buying this. If the company doesnt care about customer's queries, i can sense what will happen after I purchase it.

@Hero should fix that cable coming out of the accelerator and hide it somewhere, it looks like a prototype now. @HarleyDavidson fix this cable aesthetics to Improve this already good quality Bike. I have Booked this bike for its ride quality, but I hope they fix the cable aesthetic issue.

Why this one have splendor/discover exhaust design?

Kudos to Harley and Hero for designing this motorcycle. BUT for me personally, if i ever want to buy a Harley, it will be either the Fat Boy or the Sportster. The X440 looks like a Hero Honda Splendor on Steroids. Sorry guys, not trying to hate on Harley, but its just not my cup of tea. I have been raised watching the Fat Boys, Road kings and Iron 883 all my life, and i've dreamed of owning one of these Harley's for the longest time. So i'm gonna wait another 5-7 years, when i will have enough money, and then i'll buy the Fat Boy. All the Best to you guys at Harley. 👍👍👍
