You can see very well why the rear rudders (3:05) of the Calibre Wings Tomcats are always symmetrical and the rear elevators (3:27) are always equally parallel. And always stable. With Hobby Master and Century Wings, unfortunately, a gamble. Of course, this is also due to the assembly and quality control of Calibre Wings. But mostly it is due to the manufacturing technique: the rudders are screwed and not (only) glued. So the screw pulls the rudder into the right position. In the case of the elevators, the bearing is fixed with a precise fit. Finally, the counter (3:33) is fixed with a screw. In this way, you can make few mistakes during assembly and the result is always perfect. Ingenious.
