8 years later and I find myself here again. This song was my anthem when I was 14, 15, fighting an eating disorder, intrusive thoughts and all the things one has to face when entering puberty and the sometimes very cruel reality. But I did it, and I'm eternally grateful to be where I am today. May this be your sign - you can do it, too. Misery isn't permanent. Thank you The Maine.

they've grown up so much! remember their side fringes, and his more youthful voice, and all happy and romantic style of music although im not complaining at all about them now, they look DAMN FINE! and john just look so good ALL THE TIME

I used to listen to these guys when I was about 15 years young, I am now nearly 21 having a trip down memory lane, and still love their music! Dat guitar solo and them drum triplets are just awesome.

It's really funny to see how people are going crazy over the that says, "laying naked on the floor" when they don't even realize the personal connection that the writer of this song has with the lyrics. It's very sad to see how little they think about the song, even when it is talking about something very personal and strong.

The beginning of the song gives me goosebumps everytime I listen too it.

I saw them tonight and they performed this song, and omg I love how much feeling John puts into performances :') I want a big maine fan, but after today OMG I will not stop... besides the fact that they're really talented they are total sweethearts with their fans 3

The Maine are amazing, their music and videos are pure art. This video is haunting and so emotional, one of the best music videos considering it has a real deep meaning. This is one piece of art that shouldn't be over looked.

I listen to their music like from their beginning and I'm proud to say I still am. LOVE MUCH

This just makes me want to crawl into a ball and cry. Tears of pride, and joy. They have come so far as a band, being one of the people who has listened to them since The Way We Talk, I've seen and heard this growth in there music, and I've grown up with it. The Maine has done so much for me as a band, and I couldn't be more thankful.

I never thought I was going to be one of the persons saying this, but The Maine saved my life. More than once, and I love every song they've ever made. I don't know why, but it's just how it is. That's not how it works. Im the guitarist and and co-songwriter of a fairly popular band. Some of the songs are really personal and are about everything from addiction and suicide attempts to happy go-lucky partying. But I still get sincerely moved and happy when people shout those lyrics back at me. Take care!
