I got lost in the solo, traveled to some distant place. My body was numb, and when it ended I came to, and realized tears were running down my face. By far one of the absolute best solos I've ever heard in my entire life. So much emotion in this. Absolutely erethreal.

I can't remember the last time a guitar solo moved me to tears, but here we are

When I started watching I wasn't sure what to expect. But damn...damn I mean the bassist is in his own world, keeping it solid and keeping it going. My man on the keys is groovin' from the dark side of the moon, giving us some background, the drummer is laying it smooth and keeping those fills tight. The vocals...man he's got my heart going with such soul... and then we bring in that guitar...He's in the back at first, adding a little rhythm and spice and everything nice, but when it's time to step up....wow. It's such a fun song to solo over, but this didn't look fun for him. It seemed like he was playing to rid himself of the demons of a thousand lifetimes...he went to places in his own soul filled with an "I don't know what but it's sad" emotion that had me believing that his guitar was actually weeping- but not gently, oh no.... This is an amazing cover and you guys owned it, like you own so many others.

This is my favorite Beatles songs even though they have so many incredible songs. Never heard u guys play until this and i am in awe. I absolutely love your version...though its missing the small duet parts...lol! My favorite version is Jeff Healeys version...especially since George sings duet parts on it too...but damn...Maximillian did his homework and did a awesome tribute to Clapton by playing his parts nearly note for note...and then taking it to another level. That guitar solo was one of the most skillful pieces of music I've ever heard. What an incredible band

Man, I usually avoid saying that something or someone is the best and don't really like when others do. I will still avoid it in this case BUT, by god this is hands down my favorite cover of this classic. This band ... what a gem, I just discovered you guys and I have to say I'm blown away. The arrangement here, from the piano intro and the keyboard phrasing, to the way they slow down the pace in the middle, those vocals man, the bass player and the drummer going crazy and the solo, my god that solo. So many emotions it's hard not to get goosebumps. Anyone with just a little knowledge of music will know that no one in that room is an average musician. Just amazing guys. It's so fresh to see that there's still great music coming out despite all the poppy crap nowadays. Can't wait to have the opportunity to one day see you in concert.

@@WILDBILLSOUTDOORS I'd seen Prince's solo way before. In fact, since I'm going through a McCartney phase now I was listening and watching a lot of live covers for this song when I ran into this one. I guess it's a matter of taste. To be honest, when I saw Prince's solo a few years back I was impressed because I didn't know Prince could play like that. Many others feel the same way. I'll tell you something else, I have not seen one single live version by Clapton himself that impressed me, I always liked the studio version more. This solo however, really impressed me, especially coming from a band without the fame and recognition of Prince and or many other famous guitarists that covered it before. For me, this one is my my favorite cover, but that's just me. People feel music differently and we can all have an opinion, which is precisely why I started my comment by saying that I don't like referring to anything or anyone as the best. So to sum it up, yeah I did love Prince's version, I just love this one way more.

Wow guys, what a great band you have. Just an outstanding and juicy soulfull performance. As a fellow guitar player for 37 years, it is so refreshing to hear a guitar player, not into showing off with a million notes a minute, but fully into enhancing the experience of the song. Beautifull rendition. But again kudo's to the whole band, you guys have something special there.

If you’re looking for another amazing player, Checkout drew Smithers, played in a band called bishop Gunn. His work on their record “Natchez” is incredible

So, so glad I found these guys. Every cover is an absolute masterpiece of musicianship. The fucking solo seriously is phenomenal, I'd wager better than Prince's from that one video. It wails, flails, and tails out. Fantastic.

I think it is the greatest complement to to have a group, especially a great one like this cover your song. What stands out to me, is great music crosses divides. In a world gone made with divides on race and culture, it is great to see a musically different style pay respect to a great song. I saw you guys as an impromptu fill in opener for JJ Grey at the Bluebird in Bloomington in 2012 or so. My friends and I have tried to catch you whenever you are in Indy or close by ever since!! Even have a pic with Corey's mom from the Vogue!! I can't be more excited to see you guys continue to make FAN-FUCKING-TASTIC music and continue to grow!! Dude is consistently putting out some of the best solos I've EVER heard. Mind blowing talent!!

This band is absolutely fantastic and all five of them are excellent. But this one really brought out Corey's vocal range. Very impressive 👏👏

This is one of the great performances of all time. This band is truly on top of the mountain.

His bends are just perfect. It's an incredible performance. Goosebumps and tears!!

Everything about this band is perfection. Each musician is 100% on top of their game which makes the music that much better than everything else out there!

Truth be told, in spite of Corey's amazing pipes and the rest of the ensemble elevating any track to the next level, we came here to listen to Max make his guitar weep. And boy, did he make it weep. :O

I am so envious of these guys. They live and breathe their music. Every single one of them has so much talent. They seem solid friends. They live somewhere fantastic. They make the world a better place. Give me more of this. Going through their entire playlist.

I’ve always love the whole bass player vibe. To me they always seem to be the laid back cool dude of any group and this bassist is like the king of them all!

Corey's voice is the hot biscuit, Max's guitar playing is the butter and the rest of the band is the delicious gravy all over the top...

Didn't think that would be possible but just covered one of my alltime favourite songs and made it even better AND somehow got me all the way Have a cigar got me when I first heard it.

I just stumbled on this video and never heard of this band. So beautiful, and such a great and inventive interpretation of the song. They've really got something special.

Awesome! That guitar players vibrato is killer! Thanx! Love all you do! Great band!

The best cover of this song I have ever heard, hands down.

@@billymanalang965 I have heard the reo brothers one too. It’s very close to the original and I guess that is their approach for all of the songs they cover. The Main Squeeze added their own spin to it which is why i prefer it.

The freaking best band to come around in a long time, covers or not you guys kill it with everything you do. No 1 hit wonders here

What a cover. Wow 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽from piano to vocals, from drums to bass and that guitar crying, ‘perfection’.

Absolutely obliterated the solo! There's nothing left but a burnt out wah pedal we'll need to identify with dental records! Amazing performance all round!

Holy crap; that guy can sing! Buddy wails on that SG too! So much talent in this band! Their cover of Pink Floyd's "Have a Cigar" is stellar too!

What incredible synchronicity this band has! The guitarist put all his feeling into it and the drummer was extremely sensitive to everything, the double bass was wonderful! And that keyboard? No words! Everything was perfect, congratulations a thousand times over! 👏👏

What a wonderful and greatest band. I love it since today, I heard their songs in a beloved bar. The singer guy is so very amazing, the guitarist OMG!!!

Can't stop watching this ... man.. the solo is freaking amazing.
