हेलो..मेम मेरा नाम :- दीपक सपकाळ हे.. माननीय महोदय मेम कृपया मेरे ईस प्रश्न का उत्तर दें.. म्हाडा ने 2022 झुग्गी बस्तियों को मंजूरी दी या नहीं...... क्योंकि मेरी बहन की आर्थिक स्थिति नाजुक है मैं अभी जिस घर में रहता हूं। मैं उस घर का आधा हिस्सा उसे दे रहा हूं। याने की आधा हिस्सा पुरी तरह से मे उसके नाम पर कर रहा हू. क्योंकि मेरा घर थोड़ा बड़ा है। और मेरी बहन की शादी हो चुकी है.. लेकिन मेरे पास उसके शादी के पहले के उसके ही कुछ डॉक्युमेंट्स मेरे पास है जैसे की राशन कार्ड और उसका जन्म प्रमाण पत्र ......... तो मेरा मतलब है कि अगर कल हमारी झुग्गी पुनर्वास के लिए जाती है, तो क्या उसे उसका सही घर मिलेगा और मुझे मेरा सही घर स्लम पुनर्वास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम के तहत ...मिल सकता हे या नही.... कृपया ये बताईये... मै गोरेगाव वेस्ट मुंबई महाराष्ट्र मे रहता हु

Is the place where you stay declared as 'Slum' already? For the list of documents required you would need to approach the SRA office in Bandra.

Madam koee hutman apni hut ko 2 hisso mein devide karta hai..ek mein woh rehta hai..dusra hissa woh kisiko bech deta hai.. Kharidnewale ko woh sabhi proper documents sab de deta hai to woh SRA ke liye eligible hai..? Plz reply mam

Agar aapke shop already hai area main jo slum declare huya hai toh aapko sra scheme ke under redevelopment ke baad shop mil jayegi ( agar aapke paas saare valid documents, photopass hai toh). Aap mera last video dikheya aapko aapka answer mil jayega🙏

SRA ne aapka area Slum declare kiya hai? Aapke paas kaunse title documents hai?

There is word called Patr and Aapatr.. when BMC verify your house paper and if something they find is not correct then they mark it as Aapatr so what is the process to do Patr

Patra means eligible occupier and Apatra means ineligible occupier.. SRA decides this on the basis of your documents and photopass. If you are Apatra then you will need to approach SRA and submit documents they require.😊

Our building in Mumbai is not under SRA. We have got an offer from a builder who has proposed to redevelop under 33 (11) scheme. Our new proposed areas will be 630 sq feet and 750 sq feet. Builder is going to take a sra project in the nearby area . This nearest area has less market rate compared to our area rate. Kindly suggest if going under 33 (7) is safe or going under 33 (11). What problems can happen if we proceed under 33 (11).

Under SRA you will get 225sq feet area for commercial property.

Section 33 of SRA talks about eviction of occupants by component who have not vacated and section 38 provides for demolition of buildings in certain cases and under section 43 states that component authority under SRA is a public servant in accordance with the provisions of section 21 of IPC.
