I started taking chelated magnesium a few months ago after watching an older interview Michael did with Dr. Dean. It was like a miracle! I stopped having heart palpitations, my anxiety went way down, my blood pressure went down and I started to lose weight because it helped stabilize my blood sugar. I am so incredibly grateful I found that interview. Thank you Dr. Dean and Inspire Nation... This shifted my life in such a major way! 🥰

You should make one supplement that includes everything someone needs a day. Because I feel absolutely overwhelmed with all this information. And here I am with such a limited income, so I feel like I have to choose between paying my bills, eating any food at all, and buying all these expensive supplements that I need so much. And I do… I doooo!!!! I need them so much. Regardless of how poor I am.

So please speak to the subject of Stiff Person's Syndrome that Celine Dion has been diagnosed with. It is terrible, Could she be given the wrong kind of Magnesium or not having a balance between Magnesium and other electrolytes like Potassium, the B complex, Vitamin D with K2-7... Could you reach out to her, she is desperate. Praying Natural Doctors will come together to help her.

I gave it to my cat. Fluroquinolone antibiotics compete with the magnesium receptor and they can go low. Look up 'Floxies hope'. The problem is the testing serum instead of intracellular, which is the accurate test. My cat was serum low normal so I supplemented him. Pets eat crap for food, hence zero nutrients unless it's from the wild. A mouse is complete food for a cat. Can you imagine eating processed overbaked brown cookies everyday?

I was told by some nurse that too much Magnesium relaxes the heart muscle alot, to the point of heart malfunction. She advised the usual 2:1 calcium to magnesium. Surely your body would rid excess magnesium so that wouldn't happen to your heart. That's what I've learnt from Dr D. The nurse also recommended blood work done after taking maintenance dose of MAG, so paranoid. Go figure.

Magnesium has been very effective for my restless legs syndrome, anxiety and heart palpitations associated with my anxiety. People really need to research and investigate the benefits of it for themselves before they are put onto traditional medications. I do wonder is it not pushed by drug companies and therefore doctors due to the fact it can potentially fix many ailments? Which means the reliance on drugs is not required which impacts the bottom line of these companies?

  • @MrCaLFreddyG

It's for serious stuff, you don't use ascorbic acid for supplement. Its for emergency intravenous use to stop someone from dying its a powerful anti oxidant container for the complex, useful for emergency (Saving someone's life or preventing damage?) Although i don't dispute your claims at all I just think there is more to it and why the saltiness Dr? if your a doctor then shouldn't you be aware of this instead of just scaremongering people away from ascorbic acid with no context? However I do find your warnings welcome in context of pills that are ascorbic acid for supplements, disgusting, if you stopped one person from taking an ascorbic acid pill then it was worth it. If someone is going to die do you think you have the time to digest the whole complex? What if they are incapacitated are you going to give them intravenous berry powder or tube feed them? they still have to digest it? insane? for example Joe Rogan used as one of his arsenal of treatments for youknowwhat, its only circumstantial but he was like better very fast despite his age I like to think there was a practical use case for one time intravenous whether it helped or not do no harm and the fact that it could have an effect on someone in a critical condition is a massive plus we pay thousands for far less. We take all sorts of drugs with huge risks for little benefit its all about that risk benefit balance isn't it? I mean come on some of the pharma drugs and dosages are Ludacris and so risky yet they are willing to pop those all day because they say it will save or prolong their life same objective, different methods. What's a bit of Vit C / Mag or Zinc I know its not as good as the real thing or even much contribution to the killshot like Dr Carolyn describes but... She has a C Complex? Berry powder? Gold standard? She mentioned it? This is not about Vit C this is about the Mag, much more epic...

Try going 2 or 3 days where your carb intake is 0 - 50 grams. You don't have to stay on that diet but the few days should bring insulin levels down and your kidneys will stop holding onto water. So you will pee like crazy on those days. After that you should be able to go back to a more normal diet of 150 - 200 grams of carbs. I wouldn't go any higher than that. I hope this helps!

Carbonated drinks and I think this includes sparkling water cause loss of calcium per studied done in the 1990's. My lay understanding is that our bodies interpret the calcium in carbonated drinks as an excess of calcium in the body and then we leach calcium from our bones. I uses a counter top water distiller to get pure drinking water.

I was very interested in the effect magnesium has on heart muscles, I will try taking more to help with my condition of heart arrhythmia. The subject has been interesting however this particular interview has left me with more questions than answers, in particular calcium build up in the breast (43.23). I felt it was almost a throw away comment, it may be true but Carolyn didn't give advice on how to approach the medical profession about DCIS. Just saying 'they go chopping off breasts ' may scare folks out there who may be in this situation at the moment. They may 'chop of breasts' in the USA but here in the UK it is more about preserving as much breast as possible with DCIS. I was diagnosed and treated for Stage 3 breast cancer and I researched and asked the doctors all sorts if questions and never felt I had unnecessary surgery. Moving away from my personal situation, I think it is important to look into how our diets and supplements work in our bodies this is why I was interested in what the video contents would be ( I didn't pick up any comments on what magnesium rich food we could eat though). Overall it was informative, a lot to take in, a little challenging perhaps. I felt Carolyn's last comment was the most helpful in the video.

I just heard yesterday that hydrogen peroxide on the skin will be absorbed and stop cancer growth - especially with breast cancer hhmmm H2O2 - the extra O molecule goes to tumours.. an interesting thought - I had not thought of that before - Dr Dean really got me into lack of magnesium .. but the application of hydrogen peroxide is interesting.. used to clean wounds etc - what is the worst that would happen?? nothing
