The Magnesium Miracle with Dr Carolyn Dean

Magnesium deficiency occurs in up to 80% of adults!
With escalating stress and worsening soil quality, we should all be supplementing to have sufficient levels. Magnesium is essential in over 300 reactions (at the very least) within the human body and so symptoms of low levels can vary widely from headaches to muscle twitches to insomnia.
Dr Carolyn Dean is a very special guest on Your Body's Way. She's written multiple books on this miracle mineral that could heal your health difficulties if you obtain enough through diet and supplementation.

Same! And leg cramps! This is not addressed by the experts. There must be co-factors that are needed. If so many people are deficient in Mg, it follows that they are likely to be deficient in other nutrients. How can the experts not address this?!

56:58 she talks about getting ready for taking magnesium and how to build up to maximum saturation. My husband is terribly deficient and has cramps and every symptom there is. He's slowly raising his dose and has had to start low
