Hey Andrew, when Frost explains stuff at the beginning of the video, a quick static image of what he's talking about (like just the animal and the bubble that explains its rules for SAP, or a jpeg of the card for STS) would really help for people like me who struggle hard to process auditory information.

I feel like this game has a hidden mmr system in the current live release. When I start getting a lot of 10 wins the teams I end up against tend to be much stronger and well crafted, that or people in the game are just getting better and that leaves less room for meme teams.

They match you with teams from the same round. So if you're dominating early, you play guys who either are still weak and early or also dominated early, and If you go late you play dudes who alo went late

Not sure why you didn't have the parrot in the back of the last run, it being brought to lvl 3 in combat does basically nothing compared to getting the second linx to be level 3 as well.

It does the exact same thing as if he brought the other linx to lvl 3. It would’ve been the same damage so like it really doesn’t matter either way lol

Not gonna lie I really would love to see you play Backpack Hero, I've been playing a ton of it and the Kickstarter is ending today or tommorow, I don't remember but I've been watching you for 1 year now and I know you would love the game, I've also been thinking about KZread or streaming again, last time I streamed i managed to raise 12,000 for breast cancer awareness and I was wondering if I should get back into it mainly because after watching you I really discovered what games I love most which is rogue lites and deck building games much like you do

I wish backpack hero had more valid builds. I've had only a few specific ones beat the game. Hopefully it's better after the kickstarter. Cleaver is impossible to get without insane luck, and Fish builds are terrible. I've only had Bow and Pick do well.

@@ArdentMoogle going to be honest I agree, I think the biggest issue with other build is that you don't have a Mathew start for cleavers or structures, and the only events that give you specific things are weapons(including arrows), wands, and a litteral archery kit. I think one goal they should work towards is making Mathew's choices unique and random per run, which they most certainly will so im not to worried about the state of the game and if they put the $200,000 they raised to good use then we will be getting one of the most solid rouge-likes in the market for this year and next year for sure

I wish they had more than 10 points, like a lot of the time (especially the last round) you start scaling really well and want to continue playing with what you have. It's like "sweet I now finally have an op team and am having fun, oh it's over."

@@chewbracca1446 this would definitely be a fun system to really push a build to it's limits, though I think the matchmaking times would take crazy long after a few matches considering you can get to 10 wins with any amount of lives

Honestly, in that second round with the 2 level 3 Lynx. You should have swapped the seahorse and the duck out for better units. Units that either have stats, gain stats, or give stats. Your entire strategy was killing the enemy team with Lynx level damage. All you needed to win was having a level 2 unit in the back that had real stats. You easily found enough units to make that happen. I understand the reasoning for keeping those level 2 units in the back, but temporarily losing that Lynx damage for a stronger backline would have been a stronger play.
