It's no standing burnouts. It was always setup for drifting. If you sit still it will rip up the blacktop.

That duster is actually cool and weird at the same time, that thing has to stay mopar powered. Finally seeing a mopar build about time, not a ls fan but not hating on anybody’s ride. Everything is always ls this or that, do a newer hemi with some zoomies or a big block wedge motor with a blower.

LS made old Cleet but he's showing signs of being burnt out on it. Since he owns a billion Crown Vics he branched out into Ford and now he's playing with Mopar. With all his other builds and toys, go-kart, ripsaw, jet boat, pilot's license, etc, I think he's a little bit of everything.

Dude, I'm impressed with Roman's skills. I'm glad your hookin him up. He seems be be a genuinely nice guy. He deserves all good stuff.

Lesson on why the shop is okay after a Lightning Strike: *Because the whole shell of the building is a conductor.* It's the same reason when you plug in a TV that you don't get electrocuted, the copper wires are a better conductor than through the rubber and through your skin and back out the other side. A metal shell is pretty much a forcefield from electricity. It's more likely to get struck (compared to air), but the metal gives the lightning a path to where it wants to be (so it won't go through things in the building). That said, lightning is so powerful, I'd expect a lot of delicate electronics to find themselves reset or flashed.

I could tell the difference in the blazers suspension just watching her come out of the shop and into the trailer. She definitely is a lot less bouncy and a lot more planted. Can't wait to see her rip

I love the sound of the blazer . Had a friend growing up that had a built 454 with a blower ,I could feel that car starting in his garage 1/4 mile away .

The Duster reminds me a little of the altered wheelbase Mopar drag cars. Can't wait to see what you guys are going to do with it. The lightning strike was wild!

Just means the shop is grounded well, not a bad thing. Rented a lake house one year and the neighbors tree right outside their front door got hit by lightning and it melted their microwave lol!

My dad was fishing once and lightning hit the water (it wasn't even raining) He woke up 10ft behind where he was standing, with his rod on the ground.

I love that it's the same excitement for getting 200 horsepower compared to getting over 1000

way back in the day we were hauling my brother's '77 Plymouth fury to the crusher and decided to blow the engine, after over 20 minutes held to the floor with no coolant, it still wouldn't let go, you cant hardly kill those old Mopars

That short wheelbase and relatively wide track width oughta make that thing a bit of a handful to keep under control in the burnout competition. Will probably do excellent Uturns and donuts but a controlled drift will be a challenge.
