0:59 I dont know how to describe it, but this crazy man and his endless effort to escape his lifeless suburban prison of road, finally reaching the stars by using a sign to bounce off of the plane only to be shot back down by the stars themselves is simultaneously peaceful and frustrating. for a brief series of seconds he just flies, thinking he's finally escaped to whatever exists beyond only to find himself back where he started every time. it's like being stuck in a lifestyle you despise, working to escape it but always falling back into it despite your efforts.

The loop is actually about 35 seconds long, I think you missed it the first time, unless there's some VERY subtle difference in what I think is two loops to make it actually just one.

The liquid smooth animation and wacky yet catchy music and sound design is quite literally addicting. I have not been able to stop watching this.

they say the way a character walks can convey a lot without the character having any emotion. This is why I think Felix is such a master at animation when most of his characters have only eyes, no mouth, no eyebrows yet we know exactly their feelings

This is surprisingly wholesome when it comes to Felix's usual creations. I mean, look at him. He's just a little guy

The classic red circle and arrow on the thumbnail is the icing on top of this silly animation if I had to be honest, and I also now have a bond with this shaggy freak for watchin him more than 10 minutes

The combination of animation, sound design and timing has such a nice flow that it keeps the viewer hooked. The ''actual'' video is only 0:35 seconds but by making it very L O N G it makes you re-watch it until you're satisfied. I'm H o o k e d

I love the idea that this _exact_ routine is actually carefully-thought-out, and even the slightest difference would cause the fellow to not even come close to flying away

I'm so sad to see him bounce off a sign after repeating a certain move (probably this move speeds up) and get to the starry zone and try to move forward but keep failing to escape because of the stars I hope he succeeds in escaping that suburb one day.

This creature feels too much like our lives, trapped in a world where we do the same over and over again. And then.. when in the end we are gone, the world is still there, the same as when we were around. Honestly, the ending got me off guard.

This loop is so addictive! I love this little menace

When i saw a 1 hour upload from Felix i nearly cried with joy, now i feel ok, it's a cool loop, but i think it you did a feature length piece it would go down as the greatest modern western animated movie regardless of what you made

This animation could have lasted 40 years as a good rendition of single life; in my perspective.. Excellent work, friend

to be honest, those special KZread emojis really looks like something Felix would come up with (they're kind of unusually extreme with the facial expressions and big ass eyes)

My goodness, this is fantastic~ Relatable, Energizing, Whimsical, Introspective, Nostalgic, Dreamlike... And that ending is to _die_ for!

Something about this is just very mesmerizing, like all of your animations. I can’t stop watching it. The funny dancing little critter is also quite enjoyable.

i think i understood what the animation wants to show its like this: the guy was going to a place by using a bus but he got late and the bus already went to the place that its trajectory was,then he tries to follow where the bus went but he cant because the stars dont let him pass, because the space doesnt let him pass because probably only that bus can go past that part and the stars are the "guardians" of that path, it's like the bus has VIP acess and only the bus can pass, and the 1 hour video is probably because the guy wanted so bad to go to that place that he stayed there for one whole hour, that probably in that world of felix's animation time passes different but the time i dont know exactly because felix is felix his animations are umm you know, then after the guy tried so bad to get past the stars the universe punished him by making him unable to do actions, you can see that on the end of the video that it glitches making him unable to go again to space

I was pumped for an hour long presentation from one of my favorite animators, only to find out it was a loop.

I watched about 12 loops with intense focus trying to spot the changes in each loop, thinking there might be a subtle change or slow progression with each iteration.

I didn't see the runtime. I watched this for like 10minutes straight. 10+ minutes of intense focus trying to decipher it. I'm a different person now.

I love the combination of 2D and 3D elements, and your ability to match the animation to the sound effects/music is unparalleled
