My thoughts on this.... Hopsin basicly retired before he moved over to thailand...due to his mental health. And us nf fans always say nf finds you when you need to hear his message.. So when hopsin was lost he found NF. And this was the video baby. So nf went searching for hopsin lol and just gave him warmth by his hand and woke him up...and now the walk together as light and maybe help other people lost in the cold by their stories.

They are carrying black balloons we know represents their burdens. They climb the top of the mountain together and you see NF holding his balloons behind his back casually where as Hopsin is holding his in front of him because he's currently still battling his demons/burdens.

My theory is... Nate says early in the song something like we all have fears that are scattered around like defensive scarecrows to scare away the positive stuff...I think that's a field of their "scarecrows" built by fears (burdens). Now they see they have a ton of issues in front of them to work through.
