I think what he meant was NF could’ve had a longer verse and made it more about him and given Hopsin like half the time. but instead they were pretty equal and flowed well together. I don’t know if NF could lyrically beat hopsin. It Cant really be debated since NF makes different types of raps and doesn’t cuss mostly has you thinking the whole time. So does hopsin but the vibes are different if you compare their albums

Also Hop didn't cuss at all on NF's track, chapter 3 is about controlling your mouth. But before that he said "I manifested this" and I think he actually had chapter 2 in mind. Chapter 2, verse 18: "Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by what I do"(manifest). Then 2 :21 mentions Abraham, and 2 :25 mentions Rahab. Later Hop says "add my testament". Add his name to that list?

NF makes good music, pay attention to it, and appreciate what it is. the cinematic build up, the subject matter, the almost cinematic cadence switches. That's what makes NF great. He excels in making music. he's talented. He's not an "L". It sounds ignorant to deny that, but at the same time don't sit here and tell me that Future, Roddy, or people who talk about "sex and money" aren't great artists either, maybe their lyrical content isn't their strong suit to you but the music they make can still be amazing and talk about things that you don't love. It's the same reason why the whole mumble rap vs. "real rap" convo is just as corny and people stopped talking about it as much. You make yourself look foolish for hating on someones success based off their talent because "you can't understand what they say". I'm kinda tired of all the hate on everyone. Music is an amazing gift we have. Why reject it because some of it sounds different then others. That's close minded. If it's good music it's good music, enjoy it.
