These guys are both dunk machines...everyone's the winner here! Just enjoy the talent! That dunk has to be one of the most difficult ever made. Has anyone else done it yet? If Jordan can make that consistently, he'll win every dunk contest there is!

Yes! Landing technique is arguably more important than take off technique! It helps avoid/minimize knee issues like the meniscus issue that Zion had, ACL/MCL, as well as the more common patellar tendonitis (Jumper's knee), which can lead to a patellar tendon rupture (not good) if not addressed. Unfortunately after over 10 years of playing ball and playing a lot on concrete outdoors (and I'm a pretty high jumper), I do have some patellar tendonitis on both knees but I've made some improvements with stretches and exercises, and as you mentioned- being more conscious of landing techniques!

Zion is just deformed. Bad hips and deformed legs. He’s way overweight too, landing better won’t help Zion. He’s destined to be a bust.

The most beautiful dunks I saw belong to Zach Lavine, but JK is the most creative dunker for sure!!

My two favorite dunkers are Jordan Kilganon and Aaron Gordon. I have always been amazed by how some people can generate lift. In 1973 a guy at my high school had amazing hops (he long jumped 24 feet 10 inches). For his time, in just canvas Converse All Stars, he was able do do some amazing things. He got a full ride to play basketball at UCLA. He, just like you looked like he defied gravity.
