I don't even think anyone can duplicate it on first attempt. And his other dunk that received 9's was a 50 too. To come from behind his back to down by the ankles and still throw it down with force was crazy. Levine last dunk wasn't as good to me. Arron Gordon should have won imo

@@Khintzenachi The judges were biased towards Vince in the contest. Francis had the best dunk with the insane 48 inch vertical. And one dunk that Mcgrady won the judges still gave to Vince. The judges gave Vince the trophy before the contest even started.

@@Khintzenachi We had Three Dunkers: Stevie Francis, Tracy McGrady, & Vince Carter.... Impressive, Exciting, & Electrifying Dunks. NOT one did the same dunk as the Other. With Three Being COMpetitive. This is 2nd then the Jason Ricardson Back2Back Dunk Champ 3rd, then Zac vs A.G.

I always come back to this year to relive the greatness of these two athletes! No contest has come close to this one!

Love Aaron Gordon, he clearly had the most creative dunks ever, and more vigor and power. But Lavigne was more stylistic, and he was doing it at longer distances, I see why he won (and deserved to). But Gordon had me feeling like he-man yow. Greatest dunk off ever, I don't think there'll ever be another duo that could top that. They took everything from the past and modernized it

@@boris4242 It was the worst this year. JTA was the finalist but he scored 30 in the final round, and didn't even finish a dunk. The champion won by default. Jalen Green on the other hand who was the favorite to win missed 9 dunks in the first round and was too exhausted to keep dunking so he lost

It's a common dunk that's why it got 47. Try doing a windmill or between the legs dunk from or close from the free throw line. Zach can probably do all of Aaron's dunks but not the other way around. Aaron has serious ups but Zach has ups & distance.

Sorry, but I see this contest everywhere on Instagram and all people comment is “GoRdAn GoT rObBeD” no he didn’t, no from what I just saw. Lavines between the legs from the free throw line should’ve been a ONE HUNDRED fifty!

He run out of tricks bro. Basically, it's amazing for us plebs but for the judges(T-Mac and Mutombo) who played and dunked a lot as well. High vertical dunks in the NBA were ordinary/standard for them. On the other hand, long jump dunks that Lavine did on his winning dunk is still special for them since Dr. J and MJ did it.
