In May we spent some time in Austin Texas and stayed at The Loren at Lady Bird Lake. We used a combination of Amex and Venture X reward points. The hotel was nice but was expecting a little more based on the rating. The views were great and most of the staff were nice, the exception was one of the valets who seemed to go out of his way to be rude. When we go back to Austin we will not be staying here.
