Yes you can...I'm traveling for a little over $2500 total for a week in april....stay on local islands only...you'll get more bang for your buck

You can travel Maldives for cheap. Like $150.0 per night at a cheap hotel. It wouldn't be worth it IMO though. People should only go Maldives for the "luxury" experience. Tons of places around the world thats way cheaper where you can find comparable clear waters, better beaches, better sea life.

You can go here actually pretty easily. It's owned by marriott and if you know how to play the credit card game it is very possible to go here with points. Even the flight can be done in business class with avios points. I was planning to go to this resort with my ex girlfriend but we broke up. Research about credit cards, you can do it.

I've been watching your channel almost religiously for more than a year, but nowhere on the planet looks as beautiful on screen as the Maldives! The colours and the tranquillity are second to none. Thank you! 👍👍👍

Yes. With my impoverished, precarity-ridden life in these "United States," these are an excellent form of pure escapism, something I can dream of without ever being there. In fact, the older I get, the more I tend to be disappointed with places in real life. They're better in my imagination. Few mosquitoes, too. And no sunburn.

I've been watching your videos for about 4 years now. I love them. I look forward to them every Saturday morning. They provide an hour to completely switch off. So relaxing. This one is particularly stunning.

Wow Soneva Secret is SUPER expensive. Only 14 villas too.

Another pleasant travel report. What is disturbing in the wonderful breakfast atmosphere are the many service staff and the constant clinking of dishes. We also asked ourselves how the local builders imagined the situation with tsunamis or severe storms? All structures will be washed away. Apart from that, it is another wonderful place that you showed us here.

I have been watching your videos for quite sometime, it is nice and lovely. One suggestion when you are showing food be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, can you give names of dish as well..

wow! Absolutely fantastic. When I have worries, I watch the channel and it calms me down.

The Maldives is truly Beautiful, but El Nido in the Philippines is stunningly Breathtaking. Both places offer magnificent adventures and contrasting experiences on their own.

Truly looks like paradise on earth! Way beyond most peoples pocketbooks! A successful young man I know, traveled to India on business, this was the location of his vacation on way home! I loved hearing of his trip! A $1,000. boat ride to get to island. One evening meal was gourmet to the tune of $800. I can't imagine the expense of a week! I guess this is the closest I will come for a visit! Thanks for sharing.

I normally watch your reviews on my PC monitor, but after your trailer decided to view it on my TV to get the full experience. Excellent resort in a beautiful location. I was particularly impressed with the beach which looked much larger than the beaches found in most Maldives resorts. The food looked well prepared and the staff seemed attentive and friendly. Loved the pool. I was last in the Maldives in Dec 2019 when it was not the heat, but the humidity I remembered most. Looking forward to your next review.

As a retired sound/camera man I find your presentation style superb, allowing the pictures to do the talking. I have only one request and that is when viewing on smart tv! I do not have the time to read the menus. Pausing on my tv blacks out most of the screen. Maybe a bit slower please. Thanks for the pleasure you give us all.

On my smart TV (Samsung and Sony) when I pause the video then press back-up button the screen will clear and leave only the picture and the words. To play agen press select twice.

I think the Maldives must be your favorite place in the whole world. And it's easy to see why. Another thing that's become obvious after watching all these videos is that all the resorts there, which seem to be multiplying like rabbits are in a constant battle of one-upmanship. They're all trying to outdo each other in luxury, food & service. So who is the real winner here? The customers/guests obviously. I hope the resorts all stay hungry, motivated to keep their A game going.

I've stayed at a few places in the Maldives. Yes, it is amazingly beautiful and a place you will always remember. The colours are hard to describe. However, I'm of the opinion that staying at a villa on the beach makes for a better experience. The over-the-sea villas are of course great, but every hotel basically has the same thing now, with very little difference from resort to resort and sadly much of the coral is bleached and dead (due to the warming seas). You do get to see interesting fish, but it's not how it was. Also, staying on the island gives you much easier access to the facilities and of course, it is usually cheaper on the islands. You often get your own slice of private beach in effect too. So, each to their own, but that's my own experience and opinion.

This VIDEO is a DREAM 🌊🏞🪄🌈 including the music ...and that round pool??😮😮looks like a sci fi 🎬 movie...my biggest concern is the environment effect, all those huge artifical islands and building on the natural CORAL REEF 😢🌊🏞🪄

My 3 guilty Saturday morning pleasures: gym, Starbucks, luxury travel expert vids! Stunning resort with great facilities…. That said it felt more like a large hotel resort vs smaller boutique style resorts in the Maldives. I am sure some people may prefer these bit larger style resorts vs smaller ones but for me the likes of Soneva and Joali Being are preferable and offer more bespoke experiences. I was impressed by the increíble looking circle shape pool…. Just stunning…. All in all a beautiful resort. Looking forward to next weeks video review. 🎉🎉🎉
