This morning in meditation: "the 'overSelf'-'Awareness'-'Presence' is not an aspirant". It seems self-evident that 'I' exist as Awareness - thus there exists no aspirant. Beautiful

The ego is misunderstood, it is not your enemy, for it ïs itself, a creation of the översaoul. It is your companion in this 3rd dimensional reality. The ego does not generate negative thoughts or emotions, but it offers you the experience of negative feelings, to show you where the thoughts you are entertaining, are out of alignment with your true nature, where you are out of sync with the overself. From this discernment, you have a choice to continue giving energy to the negative thoughts, or to choose again to choose love. The ego also comes from love and its purpose is to guide you to alignment with the true self, like guiding you along a path, by poking you with a sharp stick. Don't shoot the messenger. End the idea that you are at war with a part of yourself, and master your thinking.
