I really love Gilda Dent, I wish writers had go on putting her in later stories. Edit: I love that the plot is different than the animated version. I was surprised!

Sad, since Covid I somehow forgot about the loss of Adam West- I used to watch the old school Batman’s as a kid in the 90’s- it seemed centuries ago- now it’s 30 years later. Blows my mind how 80’s/70’s/60’s seemed ages ago but it’s the same time! Wtf 😳

I'm 54. A church member that would keep me at 2 y/o says when the da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da Batmaaan would come on I went ballistic. Banging on the TV in tune with the theme song. Don't remember..but not surprisingly cause am still "The Batman" number 1 fan.

@@CapeSwooshProductions Thanks! Also, in my opinion, Scarecrow should've been the main villain, what with the Halloween thing. And who is the Holiday killer? I am extremely confused... The top 4 suspects are Alberto Falcone, Harvey Dent, (AKA Two-Face,) Harvey's wife Gilda, and Carmine's enemy, Sal Maroni. I am so confused... Their motives are as follows. Alberto feels jealous, so he goes out and whacks Falcone's associates and even his own aunt to get attention from Falcone, who is his Dad. Harvey wants to rid Gotham of the mob, but he knows that Carmine will just be let out of jail, so he takes drastic measures. Gilda hates that Harvey's always working, so she goes and murders the bad guys so he doesn't have to work. Ironically, this has the opposite effect. And Sal, because... He's Falcone's enemy. It's a no brainer as to why he'd want to whack Falcone's guys.

But remember when first read the Long Halloween a few years ago….and was just so blatantly “godfatherish” if that is a word-and overall just seemed silly…it’s like the title and concept were amazing… but the execution and storyline with contrived and forced twists and turns fell flat for me….
