I’ve heard so many very inspiring stories about people this weekend. Most were dirt poor, but they never felt that way. A community then was nothing like people call it today. I know this as true as my parents opened a small grocery store as WWII was winding down. It was really a house, but with the help of my Grandmother and especially Grandfather who had connections in Chicago, he was able to get good that this very small store could sell. People came and wanted more goods as they wanted a local grocery store. Well, when my Mom left her welding duties in California, they got a loan to build a bigger grocery store. Existed until the 90’s.

Jackson brown you are a music artist that didn’t get the recognition you so much deserved I have sat and listened to you music with a tall drink and just took it all in after a long day of construction work and you helped my day come to an awesome end ! Keep on keeping on brother

Didn't get the recognition??? Are you serious?? He is considered one of the very biggest and best recording artists ever with countless hits and music recognitions! His hit songs played on the radio for at least 20-3 yrs straight. I guess you had to be around in from the mid 1960's, 1970's 80's and beyond!! You must have missed it. Cheers 😎
Listening to brilliant musicians like Jackson reminds you of why you love music itself so much. 😁👍

At James Taylor’s Concerts a year ago, Jackson Brown was the lead in Act prior to JT coming on stage to perform with JB. They sang Take it Easy.
i have a tear in my eye as I sing along with this song. That's the greatest compliment I can give an artist. This song moves me. It makes me feel something. That's the whole pont.

A Favorite since i bought the album many moons ago, probably within a few days of it coming out. I babied that thing, playing it over & over for a maybe a week then i was playing with him either on the piano or guitar. It has been replaced 3 times since then. Every song hold a perfectly special place in my heart. Thank you Jackson Browne you really are a Musical genius, talented storyteller blessed with the ability to touch us with your voice and songs.

You've got to love Jackson Browne
I remember buying cassettes, I kept them loaded. All I ever needed.
Operator in 2005: “Thank you for calling, all operators are busy but while you are holding here’s some music to listen to”. It was this song, the first time hearing it. I guess I’ve listened to it a hundred times and it never gets old. A classic.
I first saw him in a surfing magazine promoting his music. We didn't have google or pandora back then. The 1st time heard one of his songs, I was hooked. What an awesome musician and singer. Will always be a fan. HANA HOU.

Jackson's music was the soundtrack for my college and early married life. I love this song and will listen to it just to hear Rosemary!
Jackson lives on the Hollister ranch. A surfers dream. I hope he paddles out alot. I surfed the heck out of San o point. The ocean is a magic place.
Yep! You got that right! Back when they really wrote good lyrics, punch of the messages w/original musical sound! TO THE DANCER WITHIN US!
Finally got to see him live in 2017!Ill never forget it!
