Liver King had a FKING blast… I can't think of a more amazing human being to expound on the Ancestral message and bring this knowledge to the Primals. Massive, massive thank you for inviting me to speak about my journey and mission with those in your ecosystem. Our approach maybe slightly different but our message is aligned… strength, health and happiness is possible, and it all starts with Liver. Come visit Liver King Ranch again soon. Let's share some more laughs over a primal fare - LK out!

I feel for you my brother! 😣 You should check out the cancer resiliency effects of a vegan diet when it comes to cancer. There was some pretty interesting research where cancer growth was shown to be reduced significantly in the blood of someone primarily vegetarian temporarily. Could be that meat has certain growth factors such as gaining muscle easier which could also influence cancer growth. ONE 💚LOVE🖖🏾

I watch, read and listen to many sources of information, but without positive Pauly, who knows where I’d be. I’ve healed from a stomach issue and a major back injury following an animal based diet. I’ve more importantly, become super human and positively influenced change in the people whom i care for most. This was a fun video for me. As a clinician and a scientist I like the geeky Data rabbit hole that you go into most times. But listening to the liver King was absolutely awesome. I’m also old-school and to see how he handled his kids is remarkable. There is nothing wrong with that and is exactly how you raise your children. In today’s woke culture he would get excoriated for that. Also talks about leading with actions and not words. He’s exactly right. Paul this was a great video man

Brian is a stand up guy. Years ago I started treatment for TMD and that included changing my bite with an AGGA appliance. I decided to add his bone supplement to my daily intake. He emailed me to find out my story and if he could help in any way. His wife, if I recall, is a biological dentist - so he wished me well on my journey. I don’t have social media accounts with exception to KZread, so I never put two and two together in regards to Brian being “Liver King” - until very recently. Brian, I doubt you’ll read this, but I just completed treatment. My bite is now functional, most symptoms resolved and the pearly whites are straight. You played a part in that journey. Hey Dr. Paul, I took Isotretinoin / Accutane when I was younger and suffered from Vitamin A toxicity. What is a good way for me to detox Vitamin A? I like eating liver but a few ounces once a week will flare my symptoms from Accutane in which my eyes, mouth, and skin get dry. I would appreciate your perspective on this, is there any other organ meat I can eat where I can get all my B vitamins without any extra vitamin A?

@Jesse Jensen he is so full of shit and it’s obvious, you are being willfully blind. His muscle belly’s are filled to the brim with glycogen, they pop and are 3D especially his deltoid’s. Holding that body composition with low body fat percentage is very difficult natural, his body looks like a body that uses hormones to achieve “ the look “. I use steroids and have been on and off for years, my friends too and I’ve been inside a hardcore gym for years. I know what I’m talking about and looking at. I don’t lie about my PED use ever, no matter what. He’s a liar and on gear. Nobody would give a shit if he just stopped blatantly lying about it. Ethics? Morals?

I also at one point felt like I couldn't eat organ meats anymore but got though it. It's not always easy. It goes up and down. At the beginning I was so motivated and it went well then it got hard then easier then hard again. I find the same problems as any way of eating, after a while you want more variety, different recipes. I wish you all the best.
