A Gloucestershire library has started lending more than books as part of a pilot project to help people with the cost of living crisis. Charlton Kings LIbrary in Cheltenham is now lending things such as pressure washers, tools and even chocolate fountains alongside the books. Borrowing items is free for library members and those behind the pilot project say it also helps bring communities together. Steve Knibbs reports...
