hey I am leaning towards a rav4, it's bigger and a better value but I am curious how much better the materials are on a Lexus. Like the base and foundation that it is built on, is it the same as a Toyota or is it completely different and more solid material?

From GR86 to NX, that’s a huge difference in decision. Yes I would buy NX myself even if I don’t have family or married. Then when I can make it and then get a sports car besides NX.

Getting difficult for luxury manufacturers to justify their insane prices when mainstream manufacturers now feature almost all the same technology for way less money. Bet this doesn’t have ventilated rear seats, either, which you can get on SUVs like the Palisade and Telluride.

The standard lexus nx has standard features that compares to the more expensive rav4 limited. At least with standard nx you are driving a luxury vehicle.

Dont forget bugatti divo or other versions are worth $3-$10 millions but doesnt have any smart or modern infotainment screen at all, but koenigsegg, ferrari or pagani have that feature 😂😂

Not at all! The purpose of the digital handles is to protect you from opening your door into traffic from behind or if there’s a bicyclist behind you. Can’t do that with a manual handle. Do you people think before commenting?

Why no one isn’t talking about the crazy 🤪 cost to replace the hybrid batteries. As of June 3 2024 after calling a Lexus dealer they told me is 6500 dollars just for batteries on this exact model.

Nice, but too claustrophobic, and cargo space is too small. Plus it has run flat tires.

Gensis GV70 interior is superior in every way. NX is nice for a Toyota, not for a Lexus/luxury vehicle

Agreed! That’s why I went with the UX. My OCD absolutely could not with piano black! It’s almost 100% cheaper to do it this way and that’s unfortunate

Only if you buy new like a retard… rule of thumb (doesn’t apply to you) but NEVER even consider look at or think about buying a BRAND NEW car unless you make 100k a year+ with little to no debt… Always buy used Just put a down payment with my gf to help get her a used 2020 Lexus NX 300 F sport w/ awd for 30k out the door It’s only got 22k miles and it’s all blacked out the way she likes with some dark maroon red like 2 toned leather seats It’s the previous gen but has all the needed features In comparison to a base model RAV4 with awd NEW for the same price… and probably not even out the door lol Car bubble has popped low ball tf outta car dealerships and if they’ve got a problem tell them to fuck off😂

I'm a woman too and i find this option way better than a spare, i can't change a tire by myself even though i know how but still hard to do. I travel a lot, long or short distances, and never had a problem with the run flat tires. Thank you for your answer.

@@KajolKhan-qj5ne We have AAA road service to change tires our vehicles or to tow us somewhere for service. The road I was thinking about was Interstate 5 between LA and SF areas. I'm reconsidering because my wife has been driving a Ford fusion Hybrid for the last 9 years. Been a great car. But I realized after we have taken many long distance trips (some on I5) that it has run flats!

@@mitch20003 Mitch I don’t know how old you are, you have to be young though, to say such a thing. Anyone older and wiser knows that you are 100% wrong. There’s lots of reasons why you are wrong. Most people in the USA are “debt rich.” They can’t truly afford what they buy. They aren’t wealthy. They spend ever last dime of their paycheck to buy luxury items to impress others. Study after study shows that most Americans have less than $400 in savings. Studies prove that most Americans are 1 paycheck away from losing everything. Just because someone can write a $600 monthly payment check for a vehicle doesn’t mean they can afford it. A lot of those woman or people sacrifice furniture, are late on utilities, can’t replace a broken appliance in their home, don’t feed their kids quality foods and the list is never ending. Being $200,000 in debt for a couple of cars and a mortgage, which most families do, is not rich. It’s poor. And lastly, studies show that people that make more money, spend more and are more in debt. They aren’t saving it. Many don’t participate in 401(k)’s and most don’t buy life insurance and a lot of people under insure on auto insurance. I think you are not thinking about anything except for a badge on a car and think whoever drives it has lots of money. No…. They just spend every last dime on car and gas and look cute going down the road. If you looked at their income and budget, they are broke. Everyone reasonable and experienced knows that people who drive older paid for vehicles, they are wealthy. They have the larger homes that are paid for and savings in the bank. Driving new cars is one of the main reasons Americans are staying poor. Big car payments.

I have a white arm rest in my luxury ride and I have no issues. I wipe it off occasionally with a antibacterial wipe and I wipe my elbows with a wipe I keep in the door pockets when needed.

A Camry XSE v6 is way better than the nx I could do a comparison test of the two one day and the Camry would come out ahead in interior design, performance handling comfort legroom value and refinement and drivetrain smoothness Not to mention the v6 Camry is as fast as the fastest NX

@@2004cyrus it’s not subjective in the nx. Sit in an RDX GV70 x3 xc60 cx5 cx50 and say that agsin But in terms of the Camry it depends. Stylish but still functional. Typically the more stylish the less functional in terms of usability. Like the venza that’s stylish inside but not functional due to the touch sensitive controls
