this looks so epic ! been waiting for it since last 3 years straight. In India when Zindagi channel aired we got to watch Pakistani Dramas & everyone instantly felt for it, it was less dramatic than Indian TV Soaps & gave us a new cinematic experience (ik cinema aint there but u get the point haha !) thats how we all got introduced to Fawad, Mahira & Hamza ! (zindagi gulzar hai, humsafar, pyare afzal)

Yup I was in the 8th Grade back in 2013 when they aired the shows Zindagi Gulzar hai , Humsafar etc including the Turkish shows . Fawad made me blush and I'm a straight man wtf 😂

Just epic those powerful dialogues with equally powerful delivery gave me chills, knowing Punjabi even if not old school punjabi still adds alot to i which is why you really got it.

Yeah you noticed the same thing many people's noticed that they created this like dark theme kind of which looks outstanding and this is the reason people watching it again and again but the most important thing pakistani film industry created this big budget film which never happened before so they take risk for the industry and I wish it's get successful so it opens door for many other good things I really hope and wish it's gonna be blockbuster worldwide and crashed the charts ❤❤❤❤

Watched this today in Showcase Deluxe Derby, 11.30am showing. SUPERB MOVIE. was worried about it being overhyped BUT its definitely worth the wait and I wholly recommend watching at the cinema!

Both Fawad n Hamza has very beautiful deep male voices.
You both looked super excited, this movie will be a visual spectacle , Its been 6 years in the making . First initial release was suppose to be 2019 but it was delayed due to court case over script rights, then further delay over the covid period, Nevertheless now its stamped with a release date & the trailer delivers grandeur scale set pieces , it has the glory of awesomeness & its receiving global goosebumps.

Back there was superhit movie Maula Jatt release in 1979. This is inspired by that movie. Only character adaptation is that otherwise whole story is new in The Legend of Maula Jatt. And VFX are done by man who did in Avatar.
Fights among clans like Scottish lord and Indian and Pakistan Jutt are the same as well as other Vikings. As a Jutt and many other will share their stories how we spent years killing each other in the name of honour.

This movie is sequel of Pakistani Old Gold Legendary Film Movie Maula Jutt but the story of this upcoming new film is totally different only characters name are same and changed in the name of the movie and the budget of this movie is around 100 CR rupees and this movie will be release in Punjabi + English Language in Pan Pakistan and this film will also be release in China as well as in overseas countries also.

That is what you call standard dialect of Punjabi. The written version. In East Punjab, Deoabi dialect has become the standard, where as in West Punjab the original so called prestige dialect is spoken more widely

Actually you're wrong, the standard dialect of india is a mixture of all three eastern dialects while pakistan doesnt have a standard dialect because punjabi hasnt been standardised in pakistan. By the way theyre referring to the deep accents used, pakistani punjabi isnt harder to understand. There is no original dialect, majhi is only classed as prestige because it was used in the capital.

@@jamesbullard4423 mahji is da dialect in which majority of muslim sufi poets wrote centuries ago wid arabic/persian words/terms.punjabi text books in pak punjab frm 11 standard to MA punjabi degree use dis accent. Indian punjabi accents except mahji I sm areas sound vry aggressive., Plus persian/Arabic words & alphabets in pak punjabi makes it more sweet. Eg u people say jubaan/tongue/language. We say zubaan

@@jamesbullard4423 to some extent yes, but in Pakistan when punjabi is written it is Majha dialect. If you watch punjabi movies from around 1950s it is the Majha dialect that is spoken. Anyway we are all punjabi speakers and proud be it Majha, Deoabi or Malwa

@@rajasafdar1683 I'm not indian and on the point of z amd j, j is more natural in punjabi and actually flows better, z is a foreign sound to the sub continent, you will even find pakistani who use j most likely from the old generation, unfortunately urdunisation is changing that i believe.

@@punjabimundaUK Yes but the pure adulterated majha accent isnt heard in all of the areas which are classified as majha in pakistan. Typical traits include replacing s with h (sada/hada) (paise/paihe) (ithe/hithe), use of deya instead of reha (kar reha/karan deya) this accent is still alive in places like sialkot not lahore.
