Aiz is legit the funniest player to watch.

The actual sound of that elephant is suportable. Imagine the sound of the same elephant in clasic Aoe3, with chain and much more agresive noise. Many people resign just to stop that horific elephant sound!!

True, the game that we get to see are all really good and unique. I've been obsessed with this channel the last couple of weeks and seen every video he puts out.

This is great commentary! I haven't played this game in ages, but remember loving it back in the day. Really cool to find someone on KZread who commentates the games in a way that lets me follow along without knowing anything about the meta! :)

Well the flail elephants are pretty effectiv against early game strelets or early game skirms.And i think they might have buffed them in the DE.

They are heavy cavalry so they take less damage from light infantry units. In addition they have 50% range resists as well as area damage and a 1.5x multiplier vs infantry.

Dongo, i'm following you since the beginning and i have to say, your style of commentary its AWESOME. I really feel like i'm on a e-sport, your commentary really brings the energy of the game up

Dravidian Martial Arts which increases hand attack of all units by 15% also increases siege damage of flail elephants because they are technically hand cavalry. Handy for flail elephant strategies! 🐘

Really! That's handy, I'm used to just leaning on it for an age two upgrade to the already mighty Sepoy's counter cavalry when need be.

AOE3 is just the best game of the franchise. I hope AOE4 will come close to it.

Mostly it was used in combination with some other weapon like a shield or spear, but wearing two of these dandpatt was not unheard of. Historically, this weapon was used by the MARATHAS, which are a warrior class people like the Rajputs, but not in the same geographical area.

I tried it in asian dynasty, its only good if you can micro your army so that you dont lose big amounts of camels and elephants. I wouldnt recommend it. But the trickle can get high with full pop.

I don't think so, the amount of resources is very tiny, 0.1 wood for every elephant that you won't have many in the early fortress, and worst: 0.05 food for every camel. if you make 20 of them in colonial, it should be 1 per second, and even if you, later on, makes like 100 (5/s), would be a very slow gather rate all the match. I think other cards for Eco are way better.
