The Law of Moses: All or Nothing? (James

James 2:10 is often used to prove that following the Law of God is not for today because if you break one commandment, you’ve broken them all. Is that true? Even if it is, does that mean that we shouldn’t bother trying to obey the Father’s instructions at all because we are bound to fail?

Shalom all this reminds me of a parable that goes like this: There once was a man who had a farm and in the farm he had some chickens and ducks. Now they needed to be feed and he told his son, "Son, go feed the chickens and the ducks!" to which the son replies that he will. Time goes by and the son goes to feed the chickens and the ducks but the ducks had left and only the chickens where around so he left without feeding them. Then the father came and checked to see if his son did as he was told and saw that the animals had not been fed. So he asked the son, "Son, why did you not feed the chickens and the ducks?" The son replied, "Because there was no ducks so I didn't feed them." The father answered and said, "But son, you should have feed the chickens even though the ducks where not around." The moral of the story is do what can not what you can't. Yahweh bless and Shabbat Shalom!

In today's society how do I stay out of jail? By not breaking any of the criminal laws in my country. I may not have murdered anyone, assaulted anyone, raped anyone, robbed any banks, but if I drive after having drunk too much alcohol, I still end up in jail for having broken only one law. But after having served my sentence, I am released from jail. And by not having broken any other laws, I have still gained, by minimizing my time in jail. But violating God's laws is different as the penalty for the violation of even one law is "death". It becomes all or nothing. A death penalty requires a death. One cannot work off a death penalty by serving time in jail or by doing good deeds, as a death is still required. That is where the one time sacrifice of Jesus comes in. He took our place in our death penalty so we do not have to die the second death (future event) ourselves. The question then becomes, "How do we qualify for His gift?" Many people contend that all we need to do is utter a few words and we are saved regardless of how we live the remainder of our lives. But if we read scripture fully, it is way more complicated. 1 John 2:1-4 gives us a good start in understanding what we must do, as does the interpretation of the word "Repent."

James absolutly is making a contrast between Torah and the keeping of YHWH's commandments and the "law of liberty" which is directly connected to faith in a man and his works. This law of liberty is a new concept that the new testament utiliizes to separate new testament believers from those who kept Torah as if this new faith was somehow superior to what YHWH had already set in place as the way, the truth and life. To say or teach otherwise deminishes the words of our Creator. It is YHWH's law that brings liberty and freedom to those who diligently keep it and obey it with all of their heart, mind and soul. Sound familiar? Psa_119:45 And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.

The 215th commandment (of the 613 commandments) is that Jews are commanded to perform circumcision. The source of this commandment is G‑d's statement1 (exalted be He) to Abraham, "You must circumcise every male." Galatians Chapter 5: ''Mark my words! I, Paul, tell you that if you let yourselves be circumcised, Christ will be of no value to you at all.'' ''3 Again I declare to every man who lets himself be circumcised that he is obligated to obey the whole law.'' ''4 You who are trying to be justified by law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.'' The Law of Christ is in contrast to the "Law of Sin and Death." The "Law of Christ" is based on better promises, according to Hebrews, and was fulfilled by Christ, because He was born into the law and was the only person to ever keep the righteous requirements of it. @@JaxCover The Law of Christ is virtually contained in the Old Law, that is the Old Testament, as a seed but only brought to perfection by Jesus Christ who perfectly fulfilled it. The ends of the Old and New are one and the same, being subjection to God's order, but they are different in that the New Law makes attaining the end possible. How? By being written on the hearts of believers so that they do not have to refer to a written set of prescribed rules. The Law of Christ is the summation, the prototype, and the foundation upon which all of the Old was dependent: "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." This is the great first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets." "Can we follow the Law of Christ perfectly," you ask. Only in and through Christ can we follow it perfectly. Whereas if the old law was not kept even at one point, the penalty was death, because transgression of God's law demands it. The Law of Christ can only be kept perfectly by proxy, by abiding in Christ, and as such our righteousness is an imputed righteousness and so there is no condemnation for those who abide in Christ. Falling short in this way, as long as repentance follows and the repentant turn from their sin, does not lead to death because the ultimate penalty was made in Christ; On the other hand, violating the written ordinances of the Old law brought death and not even the blood of bulls and goats could ever take those sins away. A continual sacrifice had to be made, but in Christ, one and final sacrifice took away the sins of men and brought eternal life. That which is a foreshadowing cannot be superior to the substance which is Christ. We are made perfect through Christ's sacrifice. The same cannot be said of the Law of Moses. This is ultimate, perfected obedience that as Christ obeyed and did not sin, we who abide in Him are also sinless. It's not we who are perfect but Christ in us that righteousness and blamelessness are imputed. so, yes, the Law of Christ can be perfectly followed because its requirement is of a different nature than the Old Law.

The idea that the Law was given only to the Jews irks me. It's just such a ridiculous notion. The Law was given to the Jews first, yes, but the Jews were the vehicle through which the Law was disseminated to the nations. Plus, as the books of Leviticus, Deuteronomy, and Exodus all mention, any Gentile who attached himself/herself to the Israelite tribes was obligated to obey the Law. Since we as Christians have been grafted into the Abrahamic olive tree, the onus is on us to try to keep the Law. That's how we're supposed to distinguish ourselves from the heathens we live among.

It is also true that proselytes also had to follow and obey the Law of Moses. Yes. Not following the Law of Moses is not a matter of overthrowing it. That is a false charge. How can one overthrow what does not apply to him? It's also a flawed argument that this leads to the moral aspects of the Law not applying to us today. I am not saying that either. What I am saying is that the Law Yah wrote into our hearts is what existed before the Law of Moses, is contained in the Law of Moses, and continues on to this very day as what is written on our hearts apart from, or irrespective of, the Law of Moses. The Law of Moses itself had its aim and content that was aimed at a specific people. Yah's moral absolutes are the foundation upon which the laws, commandments and statutes mentioned in Genesis 26 BEFORE the Law of Moses, the Law of Moses itself, and the Law Yah writes in our hearts...they ALL rest upon that foundation, and picking up the Law of Moses and expecting it to stick to those to whom it was not intended, that's just plain dishonest. This speaker failed to demonstrate how drawing from the Law of Moses is NOT an all or nothing deal, because the curse was attached to ALL of that covenant, but just parts of it that people today think themselves authorized to carve up and divide into whatever portions they so choose.

It's granted that there are flawed reasonings on the side of the belief that there is no requirement for the observance of such things as the Sabbath and dietary laws. For example: Exodus 31:12-14 12 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 13 Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it [is] a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that [ye] may know that I [am] the LORD that doth sanctify you. 14 Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it [is] holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth [any] work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people. The language clearly portrays that the Sabbath observance was a requirement spoken directly to the children of Israel. Traying to take that and paint it as broad brush strokes over the Church is not a proper handling of the clear language that addresses the scope of the requirement, and to whom that scope is directed. Anyone is free to observe the Sabbath as they so wish, but it is not a command unto the Church that would bring about Yah's judgement upon those who don't observe it who are not of the children of Israel, nor living in that time. What I question is the authority being exercised by the Torahist people who seem to think they have been empowered by Yah to carve up the Law of Moses, and determine for themselves what portions are relevant for today, and what are not. It is written that the Law of Christ is to bear one another's burdens. Adding to the word of Yah is a dangerous act that the false teacher should beware.

It is from that Foundation that all of the moral absolutes are derived. The Law of Moses was only one of three outflows from that Foundation of Moral Absolutes that are the very bedrock and footing upon which the other three stand. So, to say that we are not bound to the Law of Moses does not mean that we are not bound to the Foundation of Moral absolutes from which the Law of Moses originated. And in all his letters he spoke against every sin, fornication, stealing, bearing false witness, murder, adultery and idolatry but not one single lament to the GENTILES to whom he was teaching, not a single admonishing about the sabbath or sabbaths. This needs to be explained together with all the text that Paul wrote about not keeping special days and not judging others for not keeping them and not letting someone judge for not. When I read these books he seems to be saying just the opposite of sabbath and Sunday keepers.

If you're referring to colossians 2:16-17, those who he was writing to lived far outside of Israel and in pagan territory, a territory that did not grow up in the knowledge of the Torah. No one could keep the Torah perfect? That is a blasphemy. John the baptizer's parents did. And what about Job? Would they dare accuse him of sinning? Luke 1:5 There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth. 6 And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. Are Christians "The House of Jacob"? Luke 1:33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. Ephesians 2:12 That at that time ye were without Messiah, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: The reason I ask is there is a phrase, almost identical to His length of reign that applies to the House of Jacob. Exodus 31:13 Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the Lord that doth sanctify you. 14 Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people. 15 Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the Lord: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death. 16 Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. 17 It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed. "Jacob for ever" "shall be no end" "for a perpetual covenant." " It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever" Did He lie? Was He wrong? Oh that's Old Testament? First off the Messiah said it Himself that not a word would change until *_ALL_* is finished. If you have been deceived into thinking "it is finished" is what He is talking about, He has yet to defeat death, resurrect, and ascend to heaven. And has He come back with a flaming sword looking for pork eaters yet? So not *_ALL_* has been finished. Because it says that to know Him, or know if anyone else does.... 1 John 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. 6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. Which commandments? NEXT PAGE. 1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the Torah*: for sin is the transgression of the Torah*. 5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin. 6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. 7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. 8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. * Torah does not mean "law". It is a translation error. Torah in Hebrew means " *_THE INSTRUCTIONS_* . What if you continue to violate the Torah? No grace. Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, 27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. 28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: 29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? 30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Pray about it. Proverbs 28: He that turneth away his ear from hearing the Torah, even his prayer shall be abomination. A "Christian" is someone who follows a "christ". What will you do they day the Holy Spirit shows you the word christ comes from a Greek word, khristos, that used to be used for Hades, Zeus, and could tecnically be used for satan, which makes it ironic to call him the anti-christ, as he is someone who fits the definition of a christ. There many christs. It is a common title meaning "anointed one". So, Matthew, Mark, Luke and both John's. I used to say Peter, Paul and Mary, but her name is Myriam, not Mary. They were all anointed ones. Does "Christianity", (Judaism and Islam also) obey or violate Deuteronomy 4:2? Does any of the three pass the Deuteronomy 13 test? No. Only the House of Jacob, the real one. Not the one built by Judah on the kingdom of Judah's land which calls itself Israel, to deceive. (Matthew 23:36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation. 37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! 38 *Behold* , *your house is left unto you desolate* .) (Divorce? Take two sticks and make one, Israel?) Do you celebrate easter? Ezekiel 8. Weeping for Tammuz. The birth of Tammuz , since Babylon, has been celebrated on winter solstice. The true Messiah was born Tishri 2, 3759. Late summer. (sept 11th 3 B.C.) Today is Odin's day in Babylon. Tomorrow Thors day, and thenext, Frigga day. Odin and Frigga had a daughter name Hel. She is the god over hell*. Mars, jupiter and saturn don't exist, outside of pagansim. Their creator calls them wandering stars and does not name them. In fact the only thing He names is the Sabbath day of rest, which Catholic/Christianity spits on. What was the Catholic priest Martin Luther *protesting* ;) It wasn't sun-day worship doctrine or the fact they replaced Passover with easter a pagan fertility rite. *There is no doubt a bottomless pit, it just isn't named after the daughter of Odin. In most places it exist in your Bible, it should read "in the grave." Not in hell, in *the grave* . Matthew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in -hell- *the grave* . As I read it, Judgement Day, flat on our faces, every knee shall bow, and those that are _saved_ will be _born again of spirit_ , a future event, or suffer the second death and have their name removed from the _Book of Life_ , and be destroyed. Noice Matthew 10 says, "destroy". To make to, no longer exist. No more pain and suffering. Remember?

If you're going to teach people to follow the commandments, first you must know what the commandments are. We are no longer under the old testament commandments, Paul wrote and taught this all throughout the new testament. Paul called the laws of Moses a curse and bondage. If the law is curse and bondage then the Psalms contradict that message and are therefore false writings. Psalm 119 for instance, calls God's Torah a delight, a treasure more valuable than riches, and a safe path that guards against stumbling. How can that which is a curse simultaneously be a delight? What is a delightful curse? Psalm 19 celebrates God's Torah as well. How can a curse be worthy of celebration? If you want to know the purpose of the Law, Deuteronomy 6:20-25 is a good place to start. Deuteronomy 11:26-28 is very clear: keeping his commandments is obedience and breaking it is a curse. In that way, this is the curse of the law. Break it, and you are cursed. Keep it, and you are blessed. And while we are at it, I was wondering if you could explain to me why we will be observing the feast of tabernacles in the kingdom to come if it's part of that "nasty" law that will curse us (Zecheriah 14)?

there is no old testament or new testament, simply 1 cohesive word of God. There is a new covenant though, check it out: Jeremiah 31:31-34 “Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah, not like the covenant which I made with their fathers on the day I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, although I was a husband to them,” declares the Lord. “For this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” declares the Lord: “I will put My law within them and write it on their heart; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. They will not teach again, each one his neighbor and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares the Lord, “for I will forgive their wrongdoing, and their sin I will no longer remember.” he says it's not going to be like the old covenant, how will it be different? it will be different because it will be a change of the heard that God does in us through the death and resurrection of His son and the dwelling of His spirit within us. That said, notice, what happens in the new covenant, He puts his law on our hearts.

Are you honest when you said that you want us to test this teaching of yours, as in you're open to correction if the scriptures clearly show this teaching is false? I'm a little shocked this video was even made considering we have the new testament at our fingertips with books like galatians, romans, colossians, and hebrews which all clearly define the change of covenant and the difference between the two. What first must be understood is the weakness and unprofitableness of the first covenant in the law of Moses which was written and engraved in stone which the apostle Paul affirmed to be the ministry of condemnation and death. No flesh is justified in the law of Moses for by the law of Moses is the knowledge of sin and under it the whole world becomes guilty before God. No man could fulfill the righteous requirements of the law therefore it was given as a tutor to bring men to faith in God's salvation promised and foretold in His Son. The law was weak and had no power to deliver from sin but was actually given to testify against man who otherwise thought their ways were right in their own eyes. The law caused the sin nature to be aroused which is why it is said the strength of sin is the law. The is why see not only did Moses recieve the two tables of the testimony on mt Sinai but he also recieved the instructions for the tabernacle and the priesthood for the atonement of sins and transgressions which were inevitably going to be committed against the law that was being given. The tabernacle and priesthood was the prophetic answer of faith and hope for those who were now being made manifest as sinners by the light of the law. This is why God did not just give the law but with the law prophets who ministered the testimony of Jesus Christ who would deliver them once and for all from their sin by mediating the new and better covenant. The new covenant is one of power, to a rebirth of the spirit where the sin nature that was made manifest by the law of Moses is replaced with the divine nature of God and the righteous requirements, that is to say the moral obligations, of the law of Moses can now be fulfilled by us who walk in the spirit and not in the flesh. Jesus Himself is the body that was making the shadow of the holy days and the tabernacle and the priesthood which He has fulfilled. In the new covenant we fulfill not the shadows but the morality of the law, for if there is no sin there is no need for a sacrifice for sin. To love the Lord God and love one's neighbor as himself is more than all the whole burnt offerings and sacrifices. Do you see that love is the fulfillment of the law and love is the divine nature of God our Father that we recieve of Him when we are born of Him through the power of Christ's resurrection into the new covenant. This is the law of liberty that James speaks of, it is the law of love which if you walk in the spirit you are walking in love and you will never be convicted by the ten commandments as a transgesser. There is no law against love. Love does not have to be told not to harm its neighbor because love does no harm to its neighbor. God is love and He gave the ten commandments to sinners commanding them not to do what the sin nature wants to do. This was to reveal to them that they were sinners because apart from the ministry of condemnation they did not know. But in this new covenant, as He is so are we in this world just as Jesus said, you shall be perfect just as your Father in heaven is perfect. We are cleansed from our sin by His one and only sacrifice of Himself and much more than that we are born again with the divine nature of God to walk free from sin forever by the light of His life. If the Son makes you free you shall be free indeed. And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it. So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, which were a shadow of things to come, but the body is of Christ. Let no one cheat you of your reward, taking delight in false humility and worship of angels, intruding into those things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, and not holding fast to the Head, from whom all the body, nourished and knit together by joints and ligaments, grows with the increase that is from God. Therefore, if you died with Christ from the basic principles of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to regulations- “Do not touch, do not taste, do not handle,” which all concern things which perish with the using-according to the commandments and doctrines of men? These things indeed have an appearance of wisdom in self-imposed religion, false humility, and neglect of the body, but are of no value against the indulgence of the flesh.

You cannot be in the shadow and the body of Christ at the same time, you cannot be of the works of the law and the spirit of grace at the same time nor can you walk in the flesh and the spirit at the same time. @@philologus I agree there is no paradox, and so does 119 ministries, they fully endorse the works of Paul. you saying so suggests that you have not watched / read their teaching. are you familiar with the passage that tells us about the new covenant? Jeremiah 31:31-34 31 “Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah, 32 not like the covenant which I made with their fathers on the day I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, although I was a husband to them,” declares the Lord. 33 “For this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” declares the Lord: “I will put My law within them and write it on their heart; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 34 They will not teach again, each one his neighbor and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares the Lord, “for I will forgive their wrongdoing, and their sin I will no longer remember.” it says that the new covenant will write the law on your heart. you need to do more studying on what the term "works of the law" means in 1st century literature, as it is clear that you think it means the mosaic law of God, but if you study "works of the law" in MMT found in the dead sea scrolls you will discover that this phrase was referring to the traditions of men, which Christ rebuked, but Christ reaffirmed the importance of the law of God. embracing the beauty of the power of the word and instructions of God hardly undermines the triumph of Christ, quite the opposite, it underlines the true wonder and power and grace of Christ. It doesn't cut off the legs of believers, but rather breathes life into them. It opens your eyes to who God is, it's wonderful. Paul didn't rebuke Peter for eating kosher, he rebuked Peter for breaking fellowship with his gentile brothers in Christ. God's law never taught us to separate ourselves between Jews and Gentiles, the separating wall in the Temple was part of God's design. Galatians 2 says: "11 But when Cephas came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face, because he stood condemned. 12 For prior to the coming of some men from James, he used to eat with the Gentiles; but when they came, he began to withdraw and separate himself, fearing those from the circumcision. " Paul didn't rebuke Peter for eating clean (kosher), he rebuked him for being a hypocrite and fearing the self righteous pharisees who insisted that gentiles and Jews be separate according to their traditions, which were contrary to the very word of God

We're still on the same earth so that clearly means that the law hasn't changed. Neither has all the words of the prophets have yet come to pass, so that also means that the law hasn't changed. The law that He fulfilled was the law for Him to transfer the priesthood the levites to Himself. Therefore, in doing so, we have a way to escape the curse of the law which is the punishment of death for breaking the law. Of course none of us can fulfill that law. We are saved by grace through faith but if we don't obey the law, we have no grace. 1 John 3:4 defines sin as breaking the law. Why are we going to celebrate a curse in the kingdom to come? According to you it is a curse. In other words, Jesus is telling us to curse ourselves at his second coming. You've just ignored these and just stuck your hands in your ears and have spammed other bible verses. All you are doing is proving that you haven't the slightest clue what you are saying and are doing ANYTHING to try and ignore the problems with what you are saying, ignoring the contradictions it may pose. It says the curse OF the law. It does not say the law IS a curse. For instance, when you say the "plagues of God" you are talking about a plague that came FROM God. God is not a plague. You need to prove why in this instance saying "the curse of the law" means that the law IS a curse. There are SEVERAL curses mentioned in the Torah and Prophets...but they ALL are references to breaking God's Torah. In essence, what Paul is saying is that you were freed from the penalty of the law. Secondly, as I already stated before (but you WILLFULLY ignored and did whatever you could to ignore what I was saying), your view of Paul makes Paul a false prophet. Why? Because the view that you claim of Paul makes him contradict EVERYTHING written about the Torah by both the Torah AND the Prophets. Let me repost what I said again so that you can brush up on what the prophets said about the Torah. I would beg to differ. First off, 1 corinthians 9:21 says that Paul was subject to the Law of God and not free from it. Luke 2:22-23 clearly shows that the Law of Moses and the Law of God are the same. Therefore, by transitivity, Paul was subject to the Law of Moses. "Follow Jesus". And what did Jesus do? Eat pork? Desecrate his Father's holy day? No he kept those things. He also said to love God. And how do we love God? We keep his torah. Explain to me how keeping the law means I am denying that salvation is by faith. Abraham kept the law and was saved by faith. Why is it that Abraham can keep the law and be saved? Explain that to me. If Romans 3:28 means that even KEEPING the commandments is a denial of faith then you have said that Abraham and Moses are damned and in hell. EXPLAIN IT TO ME. If Romans 3:28 means that you will keep no commandment from God because keeping it means you are denying faith then by your reasoning Moses, Abraham, Elijah, and ALL of the prophets are in hell. Why is it that THEY can be saved by faith and keep the commandments but no one else? Do not tap dance, answer this DIRECTLY. And explain Romans 3:31 to me. Because what you are advocating for means that your faith DOES make void the law.
