JOEL next February is going to be 2 years smoke-free, a couple of your saying I hang on to, One of them is NEVER LOSE THE EDGE. & ANOTHER ONE IS YOU ARE LUCKY IF YOU GO BACK SMOKING A PACK A DAY AGAIN THAN SMOKING 1 HERE AND THERE, those two saying are tattooed on my mind and give me great encouragement not to TAKE ANOTHER PUFF

Joel is there anymore information in detail you have that explains how former smokers' bodies and brains are altered for life from nicotine addiction? (smoking). I am interested just out of curiosity in the biological/medical reasons to do with the brain and body how smoking cigarettes and once you've quit, you are a drug addict in recovery for life and how you said one puff can trigger it all off again.
