Show me a man who doesn't have an investment and I will tell you how soon he'll go broke Investment is building a safe haven for the future: with the right choice of investment that has at least 1% minimum risk and with an Expert guidance, profit and interest should be 💯 guaranteed.

My memories of Dubai are totally different. Buying a day ticket for the subway. Shopping for groceries at the local supermarket. Walking to the subway stop (1.5 km), I had to walk over some sand for the last bit. Eating fast food at the Mall of the Emirates. No fancy cars. No expensive hotels. No jewelry. ... I still had a good time there. And it was such as contrast to Pyongyang (which I'd left just three days ago).

What I always liked about Dubai they had the foresight to see that their oil resources were limited took the proactive step to lay the foundations to diversify their economy. This ensures a smooth transition over time from oil based to tourist, financial and who knows maybe a future world leader in the high tech industry. Whatever it is they prepared their future generations and economy, a continued lifestyle of peace and financial independence. What they have done should be a benchmark for countries like ours (Trinidad and Tobago), developing and under developed, failed economies, countries that seems to be in a perpetual state poverty and war for generations that proper planning, foresight and sacrifices anything can be achieved just put your people and country first. This was an awesome documentary Mr. Morgan well done.👍👍👍

I enjoyed watching this because this is the closest I could ever come to seeing this kind of extravagance. It is these folks' money and they are free to do whatever they choose to do with it. However, with so much poverty in the world, their money could do wonderful things for people suffering. If I was ever so blessed to have that kind of money (or even a small portion of it), I definitely would be compassionate and help as many people as I could with a safe place to live, food to eat and safe water to drink. If success is so important, then helping others would be the greatest success in the world, in my opinion. Thanks for taking me into a world that I am most happy watching on my computer. Thank you for sharing.

Actually you wouldn’t invest the money on the poor if you are rich. Being rich comes with a mindset and rich people usually don’t donate to help the poor You will only create a whole generation of people that waits for others to help them and not create something on their own

When I was in the American Navy during Operation Desert Storm , we were in Dubai several times. The city was ridiculously small. I walked across the entire city in about 20 minutes. There were 4 restaurants that sold edible food and a lot of street vendors. There were a few places that sold alcohol. It was very strange to see Saudis cross the border to drink. Most Saudi women would wear the traditional female Muslim clothing ( veils covering all but the eyes ) . Most Emirati women didn’t go for that. Every day at noon , the city would shut down because the heat was insane. At random times during the day , loud speakers would announce the call to prayer and traffic stopped. We were told to get out of the way and be respectful ( NO taking pictures). Was it my favorite place ? No it was. Singapore was my favorite. Was it the worst ? No , Manta Ecuador has that title. I couldn’t wait to get that place. Dubai was a refuge from patrol shifts in the gulf where we were under a constant threat of sea mines, Iranian terrorist, missile sites, Iraqi Navy who snuck out to sea and the occasional maniac.

I've visited Dubai this month. While I was certainly fascinated by the buildings and infrastructure that Oil money + EU/US/AU hired brains + Indian cheap labor can build, it is not a place where I would live. The first 5-6 days were more than enough for me to see all the shiny skyscrapers, malls, artificial islands/beaches and the very few historical landmarks. Then I made a desert safari and that's pretty much it. I was out of ideas. I'm a person who likes exploring interesting places that have soul, tradition, or hike in the pristine nature - forests, mountains, rivers, waterfalls. In Dubai, all the "fun" gravitates around these shopping malls, especially in the long, unbearably hot, humid summer when you can do nothing else. Also, parks in Dubai have fences and admission fee of around several dirhams. Walking in the old districts - Al Fahidi, Deira, etc you see all the indian, pakistani, bangladeshi, etc workers crammed in these dormitories, 7-8 people in a room, sleeping on bunk beds. I agree it is probably their choice to come to Dubai and make some money , but you can see the huge gap between the very rich and the very poor. Also saw a lot of these flyers on the ground promoting Philipina hookers. And let's now mention the haze and dust particles in the air, the occasional sand storms and the fact that at least 6 months of the year are way too hot to do any outdoor activity. That crushing heat just make you lose motivation.

Opulent and excess wealth is created when there is a vast difference between the cost of resources and the resale value of finished products: - cost of oil (to extract) and the resale price of the oil, - the cost of building those structures (land and labor) vs the resale. Also, these types of inefficiencies persist when there is a shortage of skilled workers. A secretary from the middle of Britain making 7 figures by being a real estate in Dubai is a testament to that. But all of these is facilitated / funded by those who are willing to spend real dollars on those finished good and products: - the oil consumers of the world burning through 80 million barrels of oil per day, - the rich and famous who are willing to pay millions of dollars for property built on sand.

My favorite thing about Dubai is the desert, my favorite thing about anything close to a desert is the desert. I love desert, i stand on top of sand dunes, and then i imagine thousands of years ago, people traveling on camels and in the form of caravans. If i can be very picky, i like red sand dunes than the typical yellow sand dunes, the red ones are just more mystical. I love the desert, second are mountains.... third is probably water bodies. by the way, the theme park idea got scraped. Now it is just a big area with buildings, and sand blowing over them as the desert comes in to eat it all up. If you want to really understand and first-hand witness the 2nd law of thermodynamics, also known as Entropy, then you must go to abandoned places in deserts. Deserts are just awesome!

It will end bad soon or late , especially when the great reset is coming! Don't forget that the people who are bringing the money inside of Dubai are the expats and they are not filthy rich.

I wake up everyday with a smile on my face and sing praises to this powerful spell caster called Dr,UBAJA who has done me a great favor by rescuing my relationship from break up. I used to think that I have a perfect relationship till when my lover started coming home late and everyday he gives me different excuses then I decided to keep a close eye on him then I discovered that he was having an affair with another girl. I was heartbroken because i trusted him so much and knowing that he has a secret relationship, hurts me a lot.. But I thank all those who placed the contact information of Dr UBAJA on the Internet because through that i have been able to contact Dr UBAJA and today my relationship has been restored with love and more romance than ever before. If you are in any kind of relationship or marriage stress I will do you a favor by dropping the contact information of Dr, UBAJA Or Call/Whatsapp+2347067462837

Can't imagine how much environmental damage they are doing to the ocean by displacing such a large amount of sand! Greed has no limits!

So you're saying we shouldn't harm the environment? The only alternative would then be to live in a vacuum or die. One isn't possible and the other is suicidal. There is more than just greed involved when it comes to shaping the environment to your vision -- it's called being human.

There’s a documentary about the islands and it states that the barriers around the actual islands (made for protecting from waves) are made of large rocks which the fish use for shelters, it might seem like it’s causing harm but it’s not.
