Would you do more content like this? Housework/organising/routines etc? I have two little ones under 4 and am always looking for inspiration on how to improve the running of my home. It's pretty good at the moment, but as you've said there is always room for improvement.

I started this last august and it’s been a game changer! Everyone has their own day of the week Monday - Thursday and I do NO laundry Friday - Sunday! We have 3 kids and then my husband and myself is combined on Thursday! I also wash each persons towel/washcloth and their bedding on the same day as their laundry! Having a 3 day break is amazing and I am never behind!

Everyone having their own hamper and doing one persons clothes at a time is such a game changer not sorting clothes as you are folding them for clothes to go in 10 places.

I stopped wearing perfume and switched my deodarant years ago because my husband is very sensitive to smells, his nose was broke when he was little and he had surgery on it years later. I also stopped using heavily scented hand soaps and switched them with castille soap. I can't believe how strong and bothersome heavily fragranced things are to me now, and how artificially fragranced things smell compared to essential oils!

I know!!! Ahh it CRAZY when you stop using it all, you realize just how intense they are. I used to use all the scented stuff and barely could even smell the "laundry smell" on my clothes

Thank you SO much for this!! I am exactly where you’re at in this video, three kids under five and needing to find an efficient laundry system! I am going to try it. I also love that you talk about all the natural laundry soap and dryer balls. I’ve been buying the more natural laundry detergent from Costco, but still feel like it is still packed with unhealthy things, so I’m super excited to try what you recommended! Thank you!!

Love this content! Very similar to my laundry routine. I wanted to add if static is an issue, it’s often due to over drying. My drier is more efficient and dries faster when I use dryer balls. Yay for clean laundry! 🎉😊

I’ve definitely not found anything to stop static beside dryer sheets unfortunately. I currently use All Free and Clear and only use 1/3 of a sheet and only in the winter. I’m going to try the safety pin thing! I’ve tried a ball of foil and that was a disaster. 😂

Very interesting! I def agree on back up sheets for the kids, especially in case of a mess... I have a minimum of 3 bed sheets by kids to rotate, you never know if a blowout will happen twice, or be followed by a nice puke fest ✌️✌️ Also interesting as in France, where I live, it's less common to have dryers. We are used to air dry everything (hello sheets drying over the doors of our Parisian apartment 🤣) It takes soooo much more time do do anything laundry related 😅😅 We have a lot of clothes and sheets and towels to rotate from 🫣🫢😆 Our goal for the next apartment or house? Having enough space for a dryer 🤞❤️

oh my gosh yes!!! I studied abroad in Florence in college and have vivid memories of drying everything on a drying rack! Can still picture a bunch of pairs of underwear just airy drying right in the middle of our tiny apartment lolol

I used to get randomly queazy now and then at my home. I was starting to wonder if I'm eating wrong, if I need to go to Dr. Then, I switched my laundry soap to a natural kind and the queasiness stopped on its own. I had no idea it was my laundry detergent!!!

I have a similar system and really like your system overall. However, am I the only one bothered by putting clean clothes in the dirty hamper? Do you wash the liner of the hamper every time? With how dirty my husband and sons clothes get I don't think I could do that. We put them in a laundry basket that is only for clean clothes once they're done.
