We're off to Apeldoorn in the Netherlands to support some friends racing for their home countries. Unfortunately we're not allowed to film any of the racing due to broadcasting rights so here's some content on the latest of track cycling tech which has been moving quickly over the last few years and most of which will be used for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games this summer. What makes these track cyclists different than road cyclists? I'm sure people ask this question all the time. Can track cyclists compete on the road and can road cyclists compete on the track?

It's not complicated. Everyone has different power bands for different durations. Plenty of people do track and road cycling...some are Olympians in both.
