The last remaining Arthur Treacher's Fish & Chips bounces back during Lent
There used to be more than 800 Arthur Treacher’s Fish & Chips restaurants across the country. Now only one free-standing location is left, in Cuyahoga Falls.

I sure wish somebody would bring them back. Best fish ever.
There was one just a block away from where I grew up......as a kid, I dearly loved that place! The fish and special potatoe fries were the BEST!!! 😀
By far the greatest fried fish establishment ever!!! The hush puppies..the malt vinegar...just fantastic. And most of them had the best New England clam chowder on the planet! I sure miss this restaurant 😞

Exactly. Now it's processed, GMO-modified, "food-like" trash!! 😁😁😁

Uh... become vegan.., then your food is food. And will not give you cancer like gmo and meat and milk (which is full of filtered pus).

@@user-zv7lm8uk7h Listen Fuckhead. You Bleeding Liberals. This has Nothing to do being a Vegan. This is a Place that I Love to go when I Was a Kid and Enjoyed. Don't FUCK Up my Day.
Because it was darn good food!💞
My dad and uncle worked at the Jersey City location in the Hudson Mall on rt 440. My dad said the Good Friday crowds were crazy with lines out the door and snaking through the mall. His favorite was the chicken sandwich, with the cole slaw and russian dressing with a few hush puppies. He said it was a great job that taught them about running a business, customer service, and hard work. They are both successful in business today.

The Hudson Mall location was the best and the only one I ever saw with Steamers for sale. (steamed clams in the shell with butter)
One of my aunts used to be a regular at the one on Broadway Avenue.
Had one in Lancaster Ohio up until maybe 10 years ago. Sad to see them go since it was my mom favorite place . I’ll have to make the drive up there for the memories .
Would sure love to have a crunch pup!!!
I loved their chicken. The crust was so tasty. The fish and hush puppies weren’t bad either. My brother worked at the one in Fairlawn in the 70’s.
