A wonderful slice of escapism read with considered soft tones.

Please orchestrate more open source short stories. Your narration of this Asimov masterpiece has comforted me numerous times in recent troubled times for us all.

Great presentation, I really enjoyed it. (I also got nice tingles from the ear to ear transition and the enunciation of many of the words.)

Freya... thank you so much! Your reading of Isaac Asimov’s work didn’t put me to sleep... how could it?! It was a story I’d never heard... about a subject so amazing and interesting to me: the concept of the End of Days. Although I began to see the twist about 3/4th’s of the way through it, I really didn’t imagine it until close to the end. Seriously, the dramatization was spectacular! I must listen to more of your work. Also, have you ever considered collaborating with other voice actors? I’m just beginning work on my first attempt at a meaningful science fiction story. I think I have really interesting concepts, but I’m new to the field. Do you have any suggestions for making good narratives, if only from your reading or from your own work? Thank you again! I hope to receive a response from you.

Thanks Eric, I'm really glad you enjoyed it! Life is busy at the moment so I haven't been inclined to make any videos but hopefully that will change in the future. Good luck with your writing! The only advice I can give is do what you enjoy and what intrigues you, that'll keep you interested and inspired!

great reading, much more engaging than other readings on here. one thing, maybe turn down the reverb/echo effect a notch on the super computer voice for clarity. thanks for the post.

One thing Isaac didn't think of when writing this is Black Holes and Quantum Gravity. We still don't know enough about Black Holes, much less Quantum Gravity. I know one recent Quantum loop gravity news item that says they've shown that a Black hole leads to a white hole. It goes from one universe to another.

Your production on this is really nice. How did you separate the channels? The separation is really crisp, not like someone swiftly moving around a binaural mic, more like they were separated in post production. What software did you use? So nicely done!

+DareToEatA Peach Thanks! I can't afford a binaural microphone yet so I use my Blue Yeti and cut and paste the audio into left, right, and central channels in Audacity. Audacity is free and I'd really recommend it as a programme. If you have any other questions let me know!
