bro i have the exact spec but it's asus is this the best settings for this game ? the fans make a huge noise and the laptop become hot also the battery becomes veeery hot is it normal ?

Yes for me this is best settings so far. Mine fan running fas and make huge noise but the temps still in normal, battery normal too, how long your laptop till now?
