A mute & wonderful version of Romeo & Juliet between two characters so in love and condemned!!!! ♥

To be quite honest Uncas and Alice story was way more captivating than Cora and Hawkeye. Am more than sure that the Director didn’t give them the story they deserved in the movie, because he didn’t want this young cute couple to ( Steal the Show ). Which in part it kind of did. Many people that had watched the movie were left with many questions about this intriguing couple. Since their story is all about implying their relationship, we the audience can only speculate what really their relationship was until the end. I strongly believed the Director decision in putting few scenes of them and only leave their story at the imagination of the Audience was to protect the main characters “ Lewis “ and “ Stowe “ story and leave them intact as the Protagonist. At the end no matter how, the audience Still were attracted the story of this supporting actors story! In my opinion the story of Uncas and Alice was more captivating... both were fresh, naive, and just had the connection! This movie is good and beautiful, but Uncas and Alice story without many words or kissing was all it took to be more chanting. ❤️ PS - I had an instant crush the moment I saw for the first time Uncas ( Eric Schweig ) in the movie ❤️❤️❤️

V agree so much all the comments I saw people fell in love with Uncas and Alice including me They don,t make such a masterpiece any more People need to dream above all in those time I fell in love with Uncas he is also an artist make beautiful indegineous masks

Verdad. Mucho más cautivadora la pareja UNCAS y ALICE que la principal , además de transmitir más amor sin palabras solo miradas y al final aunque muy triste representa lo que sentían uno por el otro. Morir por amor.

Totally agree. I still wish they put the Uncas and Alice's deleted scenes in a DVD edition

I love this movie, but the end is very sad. Eric Schweigh is such a beautifull and wonderfull man. I like this song very much, but I don' t know who is a singer. Can I ask that?
