If you don’t know, this is called undercutting. It is where whenever you do a skill (most likely a backhandspring) you arch really far and it kind of makes you go nowhere. It can be really harmful and very bad technique wise, but if you know how to control it and when to not use it then it isn’t too bad. It’s still not a good habit to have.

I love the enthusiasm of the guy filming. Even with the girl who only did 6, he was just was loud and excited for her as he was for the kids who did more. So wholesome.
