The Lammas Ecovillage
Lammas Ecovilliage is a collective of eco-dwellings in Preseli hills, North Pembrokeshire. Residents apply some alternative strategies for living on the land, Based on policy of Welsh government ‘One Planet Development’.
The site combines traditional farming and building techniques with the latest innovations in local architecture identity and environmental design using local sources.

It would be nice to meet more of the other residents of Lammas too, or, at least, hear about them and what they're doing. Otherwise, it seems that all are hermits, shying away from the outside world. It's not only Paul Wimbush and his wife, who live in Lammas. I've met a woman who worked on her own, two families with children, plus a couple, and Simon and his family, whose house burned down, years after I worked as a volunteer in Lammas, springtime 2012.
The woman who does the tour isn't in touch with the visitors of Lammas. She's not geared for communication with groups. It's obvious when I watch the body language of them all. Besides, the explanations aren't recorded properly. Too low, the volume. I wonder if Jude is still there.
