Blu Thunder was a film not a show... And StreetHawk was absolute gash!! Airwolf Night Rider Dukes of Hazard The A Team Chips They were all Class hard to put them in order but Airwolf is and has always been my fav 😍

The airwolf series has always had a special place in my heart. Wathing it as a child and still loves it. A real good series never dies.

Those were some of the best. And I would LOVE to see The Lady brought back to TV, with the same basic plot, but upgraded weapons and engines. Airwolf rocked then and can rock once more!!!

It's so sad that there is only one member of the Airwolf team left. Even The Lady is gone. A touchstone to a great TV series. I hope that they do bring Airwolf back and have Caitlan fill in Dominic's spot and have the same quality of writers involved. We definitely need this show back!!

As far as I can see, at least four members of the Airwolf tesm are left: Michele Scarabelli, Barry Van Dyke, Geraint Wyn Davies and Anthony Sherwood. Barry Van Dyke, Geraint Wyn Davies and Anthony Sherwood did a great job from Season 4 on, too. It was most probably also a very good decision to replace Jan-Michael Vincent at that point.

@@byte2702 Actually, that version sucked badly .. It was obvious that the helicopter scenes were very rare and sketchy - I later found out all the heli footage was recycled from the first seasons - the cheap bastards didn't spent any money on new aerial scenes.

​@@Marian-ng3do It is your opinion. But it does not change the fact that they are part of the Airwolf team. Barry Van Dyke played Saint John Hawke who was the missed brother of Stringfellow Hawke (played by Jan-Michael Vincent) for 3 seasons.

The best thing about 80's action series was no CGI. Why don't we see stuff like this anymore. I really miss my childhood and watching these shows. Just being blown away from cool action scenes.

This television show help me decide it what I want to be in life so I join the u.s. military service in the United States Air Force and became a chopper pilot but Airwolf will always be the greatest show ever

Back in the days of simple kids shows. Good versus bad. Wrong versus right. Donald p belasario was a legend. He wrote so many shows that were all along the same ethos, no one swore, no one got killed and only got shot. 80s shot aswell lol. Even today In my 40s I still love this show and many of the others he created. R. I. P hawke and santini

Sure AirWolf was a weapon of war.. but when it flew it was like poetry in motion... Love and miss this show... SIP Jan Michael Vincent

One of the best things they did in series 3, at the end of every episode, as the end credits rolled, was to play the theme to Airwolf, with shots of The Lady just flying along over assorted landscapes . They'd cut to shots of String and Dom, busy in the cabin, just flying her, doing their thing. They varied the clips for each end credits, but just stuck to same general idea. The Lady flying along at cruising speed, with String and Dom at the controls. It was like a gift to true fans. A tribute to Airwolf and it's crew which I always appreciated. It was the icing on the cake at the end of every episode. I'd sit there thumping my foot in time to the Airwolf theme tune, enjoying the various shots of The Lady and her crew quietly working in earnest concentration. The producers understood who were the stars of the show. Airwolf, JMV and EB. Yes, the helicopter WAS the main star of the show. The end credits of series 3 literally mesmerises me till this day, and I consider them to be a mini masterpiece, every single one of those thoughtfully put together end credits. RIP String, Dom and The Lady. Fly high in that great yonder blue!

Just wow! I remembered how when playing with my airworlf model toy I always tried to emulate those free roam movements at the rhythm of the music. The way you put it into words it drew a huge smile in my face bringing me to a very happy place. Thanks a lot!!

AIRWOLF : The proof something beautiful and simply poetry in motion can still be capable of killing your a$$ before you blink . One of my favorites when it aired and still is today .

Airwolf was a unique show for the 80's i also remember the accident and the controversy about it being real also the lady was inspired from the movie blue thunder it was one helluva series the lady aint gone she's still in flight thx 😄👍👍👍👍👍

I am Chinese. Air Wolf is one of my favorite TV show form USA in my childhood. Of course and Baywatch too.

That helicopter’s looks never get old! It’s sexy and menacing! It’s design stands the test of time unlike many other 80’s shows

Wow I still remember the first episode aired on 1984. Cold war was stressful at that time, and a big poster of the pilot episode came out in a newspaper. As a child, I was so excited to watch this episode, even my parents thought I was too young to understand the plot or explicit violence. However, I didn't care and watched it with no problem. Amazing times on those 80s Friday Nights.

Jan-Michael and Ernest reunited with The Lady in the Great Beyond. Happy Landings, gentlemen, and thank you for giving us two heroes, in a jaded era when they were most needed!

It may have been just lots of fake fibreglass panels moulded around a standard Bell helicopter, but its still "The best looking" Helicopter ever. To this day just looks awesome.

It was a drama that I loved so much during my elementary school days. I could not see it on air, and I could not feel my heart all day long when I went to school.

@@ZATennisFan I read somewhere that the Bell 222 was actually modelled on a Shark. Since its supposed to be the most Aerodynamic shape. Sharks use little energy to move through water.

I see alot of people commenting abouy how Airwolf was their childhood. There's nothing wrong with that. But it's better to keep the show alive and love it all ur life. Same is true for all of the cast. Keep them alive by enjoying their work.

3-4 feet off the ground hover with gear up. Rotating in place with chain guns at eye level! Awesome! Oh, and the other low altitude stunts were fantastic too!
