Hi, been searching high and low for weeks to find something that would clean some vintage sheets and pillowcases I recently purchased. They have a blue flower with a white background. *The white background has yellowed* from being packed away for ages. I searched for the Orvus and it shows that it is for horses but also for quilts! My question is do you think it will work on my BLUE and white sheets without fading the blue? Thank you!

That lace piece on the mannequin is beautiful! That is something I would enjoy making for someone super special to enjoy. What a neat art piece.

Hi! Maybe you could help me with information: I have just purchased a very old framed Chinese embroidery. It is behind , the glass panel. However, the framing matt and the board the silk embroidery was mounted are probably not acid free. They are brown...it is affecting the beautiful silk embroidery...what should I do?

Why do you use stainless steel? Also, roughly how much would you use for a dress? My plan is to get a professional opinion but I’m curious about these questions.

Do you think I can use orbus on my Grandmother's wedding gown? She kept it in her cedar chest until she died at 101.. married on her 20th birthday in 1940. It is heavy satin with a few bad brown stains. We would love to get it clean. It is missing one out of many buttons. No holes. Not much lace. Thank you.. you have been my first hope.

Could you please explain how to press or iron the lace after the wash process? I am new to preserving lace and am currently cleaning a piece that is not exactly lace, but rather something closer to a knitted type of construction (just as ornate though), and its late 19th century. However, after cleaning it and hanging it to dry in the sun, I noticed many scrunched places (probably from *gently* squeezing the water out) that need to be somehow ironed or flatted out and the whole thing needs to be pressed to eliminate wrinkles. How do you recommend doing this?

Hi. I just purchased a lace top and skirt that I am attempting to clean. I'm going to try the Orbis. What do you use for the follow up cleaning? And where do you purchase the acid free paper? I appreciate your help!! I'd love some help in dating and naming type of lace of my new pieces.
