Nice that a more special german word like "Knackwurst" is making it oversea ; ) Hearing non germans say stuff like this always makes me chuckle. Love these cooking videos they are really nice to watch with all the cooking stuff and chatting

Every time I watch Paul cook I think about how professionally he does everything, yet he seems so relaxed. He really would be great on any Food Network show.

Just a lil tip from a German speaker that knack is more like knock and wurst is like vurst the more you know

Down in Texas, not only do you look at the person, but you slam the cup down on the counter as well

"knack" is the snapping sound the wurst makes when you break it. It doesnt have to do anything with your neck

I would like to see some appetizer type things. Or something that you would make for dinner party to impress family or friends.

Looks great! I think I would have done one fewer slice of bread and just made it a triple decker sandwich (sounds like the cheese flavor got lost in there). I'd also try it with Polish sausage and sauteed onions instead of knackwurst and sauerkraut.

i gotta ask, since i'm not very educated with sausages in general, what is Knackwurst? the first time that i had a sausage that wasnt a hot dog it was a Bratwurst that was being sold from a hotdog cart, the smell drew me to it, the snap surprised me and the flavor instantly hooked me so i am interested in learning about new sausages.

do Canadians have pot pies!? I'd love a tutorial on that....I know you and Paul would really kick it up a notch.

You and Paul should definitely do some East Coast Fair. Look up a recipe for home made Donairs. As you have done a review on one that would be awesome. Garlic cheese fingers on the side. They are so good dipped in Donair sauce. cheers :)

You should try to get Imperial beer, is from Costa Rica, but I don't know if they sell it in Canada, but you could try to get it. Cheers from Costa Rica
