They probably do but the usual saying when life gives you lemons you make lemonade, that's their life cycle sometimes kittens survive and some don't it's a good thing I got mine spayed when she was a year old I didn't want any kittens running around or the possibility of her finding a mate and getting pregnant

No they are not! It would be one thing if all the kittens died every time but they didn't. Not every kitten is going to survive. Plus there might have been other complications that were not shown on camera
