This is the first chinese drama ive ever watched since I was a kid. Now I'm 30 and the last Chinese drama I watched was huan zhu princess (idk the real title) but damn this kings woman is so gooood. The story, the leads, their chemistry are all incredible. Zhang bin bin and dilreba are so perfect together ❤ and now I need more dramas like this one 😭😊

I am so glad he got the lead role here, as he is certainly leading man material..I look forward to seeing him in his next lead role.. (By the way--I don't know how the lead actress can breathe, let alone speak when he's around!!☺)

Indeed. The chemistry and acting is definitely on point. The fighting scenes are more realistic then some previous Chinese dramas I've watched. Well nirvana in fire is also really good! Thank you for a wonderful drama. 😁

What I like about Chinese actors (like Zhang Bin Bin) is that they are not kind of "flower boy" and more manly (well most of them). They are all pretty but not girly.

@2009idaz - Yes, all of the chinese actors in this drama 'THE KING'S WOMAN' are very manly and handsome. I don't like korean dramas, because they have pretty faces like Luhan and Ji Chang Wook.

I was surprise that actually Zhang Bin Bin is very young and have very cheerful and funny personality which is opposite to the character of the king who is cruel and cool-blooded. I watched the Princess Agents and I changed my interest to C-drama from K-drama ever since.

So glad he is in this. They have such a nice chemistry together, and he was really the only thing I liked about the Chinese version of She Was Pretty. For being so young, he has an outstanding presence on screen that really stands out. He looks to be just as charming in this!

Just Google Qin Shi Huan (Ying Zheng) that's the real king who lived few thousand years back. Looks nothing like this ireasitable guy 😂

Really like Zhang bing bing and his act on screen and they both have a great chemistry together that's y I also love the drama pretty li hui Zhen. The sad thin is he was the second lead in that drama both also great. I wish to see him more as a leading role. He's such a great actor much love.

I seldom watch china dramas, but this is the 2nd ancient drama I watched this year. I watched this becos of the actress, Dilraba Dilmurat. She totally amazed me in the (first) chinese drama I watched this year --- TEN MILES OF PEACH BLOSSOMS (a.k.a. Eternal Love??). There are many beautiful actresses out there...BUT she seriously surprised me with her acting skill, cuteness, beauty, personality, talents! O_O (Btw, the king and her were in the supporting roles in TMOPB, but this time round they are the leads)

I literally binged watch this 48 episode movie "The King's Woman" for the past 2 days and I'm not sure what I got myself into but I will be spending these nights coming up crying myself to sleep... 😟 💔

Heartbroken. Their love was not enough for me. This is too sad. So much was unspoken for. 😓😢 I want more of them in another drama please.

Well, to be honest, the synopsis to this drama isn't very optimistic. But if she doesn't turn from Jing Ke to him completely eventually, this drama is really lame. Not because I'm such a die hard fan of this couple, objectively speaking, Jing Ke is more pathetic each episode. English doesn't have suitable word for how I would call him in my language. If I see a scene of him shouting for wine one more time, I'll probably start skipping his scenes entirely.

The Woman's King !!! Nice drama!!! Beautiful classical costumes. I really ove chinese history dramas!!! Zhang Bin Bin & Dilraba. Love this couple. I hope they will do more dramas and maybe big screen movies. Liu Chang & Li Tai & Sean Pai/Yi-Hsiang Pai (as Crown Prince Dan 太子丹) are also stunning. I love all the actresses and actors in this drama. They are very professional.
