This palace is like hell. Gosh I can't live there

I feel so bad for han fei, being ridiculed and looked down even when he had talents, being tortured and being slandered and the king is so dumb enough to not keep an eye on the officials. How can such a king live peacefully? Li er is wrong here. The king was born in the palace, he wasmt meant to be the emperor but he becameone due to his father who was manipulative, he already knows how he was used so why the flip he didn't investigate Lol. I just figured out a weakness of the king, he knows that people want power but yet he doesn't sends secret people to keep an eye on the officials and then he believes whatever said in the court until what said in the court is proven wrong then and there. People who are wronged don't really get justice... i hate this shit... like for example madam li's maids were beaten to death but they never really recieved the injustice that occurred to them, zhao gao beated and tortured them to the point of disfiguring but no justice was recieved.

And not only becoz he called himself "Fūfù" or called her "Qīzi". But her grandfather in the beginning of episode was there not for nothing. He gave the family swordmanship to JK coz he knew that he is the man his granddaughter select to be her husband. He gave it to him, it means, he gave them his blessing & entrusted his granddaughter to JK. If he still alive, pretty sure they will hv a wedding ceremony 👍

Of course if u properly doing a research on ur own, u will finally learn the Truth. This Drama isn't as easy as it looks. We hv to observe deeper. But if u prefer to only see the surface, that is also welcome.

@@Anaste1980 I'm not sure I follow your assumtions. What do you mean by that if we do reasearch on our own? Isn't Li'er a fictional character? Because that would mean that the plot can only be given in this exact drama, and if we havenät seen anything stating it for true - then it's just your own suggestion. Unless you actually spoken with the director and asked them about their intentions of their relationship. From what you're writing in your first answer it rather sounds like they were engaged? I don't know how things worked in Ancient China, but as far as I know the distinction between being considered married - or just be betrothed to each other is a ceromony, and that didn't occur in this show. Or are you claiming that they got married as kids? Because only sex don't make you married, in any culture. Sex is just an act, while marrige is a promise that usually requiers some type of ceremony (and in many cultures it requiers wittnesses, no matter if you're orphans or not). So I have trouble understanding what your reasoning is based on or what you mean that we have to do proper research?

Just wondering why Li Si character is pictured as a corrupt officer in this movie. So much contrast to the Li Si characters in two other movies around Qin Shi Huang Di. As I understood, Li Si is a very loyal officer who helped Ying Zheng a lot in unifying China under Qin Empire.

I watched the empress of china ( though didn't completed as I was not interested anymore! The storyline was not that good nor their acting!) One of the emperors concubines sounded like a nice person all her life at palace and she was kind and humble to the king, but at the end it turned out she hated him for killing his first husband in war and had hidden intention to take revenge. Madam min has the same character like her!

Amazing fighting scene the actors worked hard , it was so thrilling to watch.. miss chu is failed in her scheming and used by zhou😅 i dont feel sorry for her at all. Empress dowger shut her door😂 she is scared of king. Poor mister Han rip😢. The palace is full of toxic scheming, manipulation and who to trust or not... i would also become crazy if I had to live in such environment...this shows why king is like that and always vary of people around him, but despite that poor guy still got con by his people 😢

in this red outfit, with her lips do red, madam li looks stunning. however, in some of her previous scenes, she looks so mature and old. was it due to her make up?

Jing Ke might say something harsh in his anger. But in my opinion his actions proving, that he is the one who loves Li'er the most. Why??? Well~ not only because he still rescues her knowing she is in danger, but most importantly because "He Let Her GO". He let her return to the palace. He RESPECT her decision to leave him & choose her SON over him. This is something that not even Ying Zheng & Han Shen are able to do. If you truly love someone, the hardest things to do is to "Let Go". He Respecting what she wants to do the most, even though it means he has to Let her Go. He might be Hot-headed, but he isn't selfish. He is such a man 😢 that's why Li'er Respect him & said "Thankyou". She is his wife, if he isn't allowing her return to the palace, actually he has any possible right to do..... if only he know that Tianming is actually his son, of course he won't Let Her Go. And I guess this is actually the one that she truly desire. She is actually waiting for him to learn the Truth & finally able to return to his side again. Her eyes & expression that looking at him before saying goodbye, like giving signal that there's something she wants to say but can't said. Too bad NObody help them 😭 Li & Jing Ke only got surrounded by opportunist who only want to monopolies them. 🤣🤣that was then they had not figured out how to make them light but I think for movies in this century they use plastic and just paint them to look authentic metal made..but goodness the artistry was at another level look at the designs dress and how the knew how to play with colours even then....
