Half of these are literally you ranking the characters as people instead of as villains. How does Dolores being coniving and manipulative make her a bad villain? A bad villain is one that fails to be threatening and/or has confusing motivations. Seems like "Top 10 Villains I Have a Seething Hatred For" would be a more accurate title.

Personally, I think Chairman Mao Zedong was the worst villain to ever exist

I honestly don't get where you're coming from with the whole Ramsay Bolton thing. Game Of Thrones is set in a brutal ass world full of degenerates, him being an absolute monster is the point. He's a good villain, you felt what you're meant to feel towards him.

@@MashupMediaGalaxy I mean yeah man but a lot of people in Game Of Thrones are awful. It's a story of people fighting for power, to them it's the titular Game Of Thrones, and most people who are power hungry are willing to do horrid things to achieve that, you just have to look at real history to get examples of it. So many rulers were unhinged psychos with no moral compass. Maybe Game Of Thrones just isn't a show for you, and I truly don't mean that in a condescending way, it can be a thoroughly unpleasant show that I could understand some people not being able to stomach. Different strokes for different folks and all that.

That was amazing!! My friend and I watched this on phone call together and we laughed at how pissed Olly got and it was such good entertainment we loved all of it, can't wait to see more!! and yes, I cannot wait for Act 4 of the musical!! Very excited!!

Of course I have studied voice acting, I’ve been voicing villains ever since. And yes I am known for voicing Olly as he’s one of my main mascots of my channel. I gave him a British accent but made him sound more sly and almost as a resemblance to Stewie Griffin’s voice. Oh what do I think of Eggman played by Jim Carrey? He steals the show. He’s a well-written and flamboyant villain all the way through. Jim Carrey, puts his famous charisma into Eggman, channeling his iconic 1990s film roles and stealing the show. This has to be my favourite Jim Carrey villain role. I loved his role as Eggman more so than his role as The Riddler from Batman Forever.

I have a very deep hatred for Jasper Batt Jr. Like you yelled, he's barely built up as a villain unlike the mystery number 1 entry in No More Heroes 1 and FU from No More Heroes 3. Then there's his boss fight. Phase 1 is pretty easy. Phase 3, despite the wonky camera, is also easy. Phase 2 however is absolute BULLSHIT!!! Whenever I replay No More Heroes 2, I dread this final boss because it's just that awful, and you will practically curl up into a ball and cry on the floor if you fight him on Hard Mode. Not only is his attack strength doubled, but you know those two convenient crates that hold free refills on health and battery power? Well, on hard mode, those are GONE! It got so bad that I had to resort to the club of the beam katanas, which I used a total of once before. When I got it for the first time and wanted to test it out, and even then, it still took me FOUR AND A HALF HOURS before I finally killed him!

I see you know Jasper Batt Jr well. And yes I did say that Olly put up a better fight than Jasper. They do both share the same traits like their fights are three phases, and have forms that start off small, then gradually get bigger and finally become giant. Everyone hates this prick on their countdowns of hated video game characters and worst bosses. Olly is a better final boss, Jasper isn’t.

I'm surprised that second-dimention Dr. Doofenshmirtz didn't make the list. He has the most petty backstory I've ever seen.

In defense of Dolores Umbrige, she is a character you are SUPPOSED TO HATE. She has no redeeming qualities whatsoever, she is cruel to the innocent students, she is power hungry to the point that she controlled the Ministry punishing those who did no wrong, and she doesn't give any two horcruxes about anyone. As long as she see others bow before her, she will smile with glee as she enjoys torturing and hurting the innocent. Yes Voldemort is evil but for what Dolores Umbrige does, she could've easily replaced Belatrix. Then again, Dolores does have her own agenda that she follows and will do nothing to follow Voldemort. P.S. Seeing her getting into trouble getting her own taste of medicine is satisfying. I still remember the theater cheering when she was taken away by the cintar and Harry getting the necklace from her (and saving an innocent along the way)

Okay, one: I never watched nor heard of the Barbie movies. And two: There is a twist villain I found who is much much worse than “THAT WAS HIS MISTAKE” or “ASSISTANT MAYOR SHEEP DWEEB”. But don’t get me wrong, those villains are terrible. I have not heard of the former but I have heard of the latter.

My least favorite villain is the "Sonic Boom" version of Shadow The Hedgehog. He serves absolutely no purpose in either the games or the television series.
